Comfortable, clean and spacious rooms. Location Good Breakfast. Every day there were problems with the keys. Magnetic cards-keys work very poorly.

The old walked along the promenade. All old, unsanitary. The room has a strange smell. The water pressure is very weak although I live on the ground floor. The sound of the air conditioner keeps you awake.

Clean comfortable, central walk you visit many shopping center.

Cosy place to stay after long flight. Clean and nice personnel.

No air conditioning for more that 1/2 the year even though it's hot outside.

The staff is polite. The rooms are great. One minus the water. But this is a problem of the whole city.

There is moquet everywhere, to renovate, rooms quite comfortable. Breakfast Good staff Okay for a short stay.

I like this hotel. I put a solid four. Clean, nice polite staff. Located on the Ural Embankment.

The rooms are very clean and the breakfast is good. The Shower cabin ala bath is also not quite what you need. But the bed for rest is good. The rest is less than perfect.
Was in ATB Grand Hotel. There of course the level is much higher for the same money.

Old hotel, which has not been repaired for a long time. Cleaning is available every day. In some rooms, fans, remote controls or hinges on cabinets do not work. The kitchen at the restaurant is not distinguished by refinement of taste, but it differs in price. Expensive. Probably affects the stay of foreigners. For example, 1.5 Bottle of water costs 800 TG, about $2.5, although in stores does not exceed 100 TG-$0.3

Positioned as budget hotel but not really because of price and rooms (price vs quality). I would choose an Ibus instead.

Nice 3 star hotel! The room was clean, the breakfast was very good, the location was excellent, the beach was great. The stay was wonderful, it was also a merit of the hotel. I advise everyone to stay here.

Pleasant stay in Atyrau
The room was a bit old but it was clean and the service was very good. The staff was very friendly. For the price I can certainly recommend the Hotel Chagala. Breakfast was very good. It was within walking distance of many restaurants.

Not great but it serves its purpose.

Good but you will not like it if you don't prefer the wooden walls and floors or looking for high floor type of accommodation.

Comfortable. Close to the supermarket. I bought the sheep and beef myself. The apartment allows. It's very thoughtful and nice.

Love this hotel and delicious breakfast every morning, especially after being in Tengiz for 2 months! Plus, there's a calisthenics park very near right on the river. No excuses!

It's old, the bath is old. The service is weak. No robes. The slippers need to be asked at reception. There's no sponge for shoes. The minibar is empty. Not even a bottle of water. Only one outlet is available in the room. Second above the mini bar. There's no light on the table lamps. TV shows little Analog TV. The walls are thin. Paul Creaking. The whole building seems to be built of containers. There's not much choice for breakfast. Fitness room There's a gym, but there's only math, treadmills and bicycle, with six weights up to 1 kg. The pictures of the sauna and the Google Gym Fitness from the new Chagall. Two, please don't confuse them. The Wi-Fi signal often breaks the internet connection. But it's quiet. Parking is available. The bed is really comfortable.

Or just as bad, nice, cozy and modern.

Hotel where you can find a good service. In Kazakhstan food is not the best in the world, but at Chagala you have a lot of options. You can have breakfast directly in the hotel, where you can eat sweet or salad foods: from brioches to eggs, wurstel and many more! For lunch or dinner you can go in one of four near restaurants/pubs.

Nice hotel near the center of the city. Good resturant. Wifi connection is free in the hall, in the room internet connection is available via cable but may be an extra (the cost is about 10 euros/day) Standard room are not big but are clean and confortable.
