Shashlik in the garden great. The rest isn’t really up to what you might expect in this day and age. It’s best summed up by saying the the TVs in the rooms are still CRT types ie big square boxes. If you use that as a bench mark you will understand the general standard. I am stuck with it as a one night stay over. My room in an oil camp in Tengiz luckily is better, more comfortable and a proper TV and lots of channels!

Always good for a snack and beer in the beer garden. And catching up with mates!

A nice hotel in the city centre. Service at the level, prices acceptable and attentive staff. Breakfast (buffet) is delicious. There is no special variety of dishes, but it is not required. Great for short-term travel.

Good value. The rooms are cramped, but enough for short trips. Lovely girls at the front desk. Delicious food in the restaurant for dinner, but breakfasts at 4 out of 5. Prices in the restaurant are slightly above average.

The hotel is very pleasant. Clean and comfortable. Central air cooling is available. Breakfast, buffet table. Everything is delicious. There is a gym.

The service is excellent! The waiter is polite. Kebabs and delicious.

Letnik is good. Live music. Tasty Shish Kebab. Attentive waiter.

Overall not bad. The rooms are comfortable, the prices reasonable, the food is delicious. No cable TV. More than half of the channels do not work, the Internet does not work. But these are little things.

It is a decent hotel for a business trip. City center, pharmacies, restaurants, shops close by.

The rooms are average, for such prices there are hotels at better. 5000 tenge per day, lunch breakfast is paid, but there is a nice bonus, sauna is free.

Nice large room with reasonable facilities. Wi-Fi works just fine at least in the room I had on the fourth floor. No problem with shower but could do with larger towels. Hotel staff English is good. Staff supportive and efficient with good standard of service. The room was hot but this is probably much to do with Soviet era city heating not being very adjustable. I just opened a window and let some cold in. Heating was reduced at night by city/hotel. For summer I noted mosquito nets on windows. All in all not a bad experience compared to other offerings in city. Four rating is given on comparison with other Atyrau hotels.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. There was no internet in the room, moved to another. The location is excellent. Overall a good hotel.

Standard room is average, basic a bit old.

Great location. Too old, Zastirannoe bed linen. Breakfast is not good. The keys to the doors with ridiculously huge transparent trinkets. I wouldn't recommend it.

Room is quite big. Food ok. Location is in middle of city.

Very decent restaurant. The atmosphere is more than enthusiastic. The only negative is not a very large selection of dishes on the menu. But what little prepares very tasty! Especially it would be desirable to note staff — 5 +.
