ART Hostel

I checked out a night early even though I had already paid for the 2nd night.
Location is close to sights and fairly safe at night, but good luck finding the place, which is tucked away in an apartment complex. Nobody seems to work here so checking in takes forever and there's no guidance on where to go, like you would expect at a normal hostel.
People seem to live here long term and the vibe feels like you're trespassing, not like a nice couch surfing experience.
Sheets are dirty and I had to screw in my own bulb to have light in my sleeping area.
There's only one bathroom so there's always a wait, and there isn't always toilet paper.

A small basic hostel nestled in a residential block close to amenities. The bus from the airport stops close to the hostel. When I arrived at the property at around 9pm, there was no staff in the reception for checking me in. A resident who can speak English helped me and contacted the staff. Also during check out, there was no one in the reception and I just left the keys behind and left. The kitchen is basic and although there is a filtered water tap, it didn't work. There is only one shower shared by the residents so there can sometimes be a queue.

Very cosy and friendly hostel. Close to metro, ATMs, shops, cafes & restaurants and everything you may need. Administrator is so professional. Always clean, silent. Suggested place to stay!
