We absolutely loved the hotel and service. Second Kempinski hotel we have stayed in this trip and both have been consistent in their beautiful hotels, great amenities, fabulous spa services and great customer service.

Beautiful place, very luxurious. the rooms are large, all have sea view. it s worth the high price that you have to pay for the stay. I will definitely return if I get the chance.

To be honest this luxcrious upscale five stars hotel worth every penny spend, very clean hotel, wide eligant rooms, so super comparing with any other hotel of the same standard, service beyond imagination, staff are very profesional and well trained, special thanks goes to Jason the bartender at barpool a wonderful guy, kempinski had the most romatic atmospher, best beachfront with plenty of clean tawels, The idea of ​​serving the guest a watermelon chopsticks on the beach was totally amazing, defenitly i'll give them 5 stars out of 5 with highly recomendation as they are number one in Aqaba.

We had a great time at the Kempinski in Aqaba. We would definitely go again, and the Food and Beverage Manager, Mahmoud Al Wawi, is the best of the best, ensured we were 100% happy with all of our meals, which is very important when being away from home, and left us dreaming about some of their special food platters. We give them 5 out of 5!

Absolutely outstanding hotel perfectly located. Helpful, friendly staff who go above and beyond to make sure you have the best time. It was our second anniversary during our stay, which we had not mentioned, but they obviously saw that at the check in. It was a lovely suprise when they left a cake in the room!
Also an excellent breakfast buffet. We will definetely come back with friends and I would highly recommend this hotel. And we would particularly like to thank specially Baraa and Mohammad on the reception as they were amazing, kind and sweet to us during our stay ❤️

Beautiful views of the Red Sea from our balcony. The room was every a five star hotel should be. The buffer was very good and had food choices for everyone. I wish I could have stayed longer to enjoyed the many services the hotel had to offer.

Service poor and food not up to expectation at Fish In restaurant. Lobster was advertised on main board but there were none on the menu. Ver disappointing.

It was most enjoyable experience every time I stay in Kempinski Hotel. Always you can find great service and wonderful atmosphere. The luxury you practice stay longer and longer and encourage you to rerun back again irrespective of the money you spent because it worth it. I must thank the front desk officer in charge Mr Maen and Mr Mohammad for their great efforts to make everything easy and in a very good manner. Also GR had a very tangible contribution to turn my stay to an amazing journey.

Wonderful view, great service, nice room. However our biggest dissapointment is the main outdoor swimming pool — the hotel was claiming that it is heated, but in reality it is not. Now in February when the sea is still cold there is no place to swim. If we knew that we would choose another hotel.

I have loved staying with Kempinski Aqaba. The hotel has a beautiful, serene atmosphere and the beaches are exquisite. The service is exceedingly professional and considerate. I recently organized a surprise for a birthday here and the staff could not have been more kind or supportive. I was so pleased with the turnout and the entire experience. I highly recommend staying with the Kempinski Aqaba and sincerely thank everyone who assisted me in my stay there.

Beautifully located and cleverly designed with all rooms facing the Red Sea. Entrances are very private and great security measures. All restaurants serve great food and the signature ‘Red Spice’ cocktail was delicious! All staff are extremely pleasant and helpful. Will only stay here when in Aqaba.

Very nice Hotel mainly for business, its not a resort, staff are welcoming and smiling all the time, all rooms have sea view, swimming pools are good but not same as other surrounding hotels, the hotel has a sand beach which is nice and clean, the general manager is on the top of everything you can see him everywhere chatting with guests to ensure that all things are OK. Meeting rooms are very good for conferences and workshops but they need to work on the sound system and lighting control. technical support staff (IT, logestics…) are so cooperative.

Very good hotel. We took a room with verandah and ocean view. Outstanding. There are a number of really good bar options, including a Sports Bar! Well positioned to walk into town. Our only criticism is that for a large hotel the pool area is not as good as some other places we have stayed in Aqaba.

Stayed for 3 nights (8th july-11th july) at room 332. Was a superb experience. Great service, comfy n spacious room as well as breathtaking view of red sea. On top of that I would like to compliment Miss Ivy the chambermaid for being very courteous n helpful. Great job.

Great hotel, service at a high level. The hotel is more disposed to a quiet quiet stay, for this there is everything. Those who need more parties and brawls are not here. All rooms overlooking the sea, the view is gorgeous. Corals in the sea are not here, so swim with a mask as in Egypt will not work. Food is also very pleasant, there is almost everything, only watermelons are missing, in Turkey they are certainly in abundance. Those who need service quiet, peace, welcome, super.

We felt very privileged and well-looked after: the service of the different outlets is exceptionally attentive, friendly and professional. This factor makes Kempinski Aqaba outstanding in the world of five star properties. Small, but well-maintained beach area. What F&B concerns, the dinner buffet is extraordinary (especially the barbecue), breakfast selection is big and delicious as well. Minimalist style with spacious rooms all overlooking the sea. The hotel is well-managed (very present) and very well-looked after. Congrats to the team and keep up the good work. Highly recommended.

Amazing, luxury and true relax hotel! Very expats friendly) Almost everything you need and could imagine is included — drinking water everywhere and all the time (beach, water pool, room etc. ), free bar in the room, towels and other). Really great and clean area, amazing pool with great view, amazing beach with white and so soft sand. Fabulous music near the pool) Big, clean room with amazing view! Also you get so delicious breakfast with very tasty champagne! Very caring, attentive staff and guests managers! Great choice to stay! You”ll never regret about this place! This is a wonderful hotel! The breakfast is delicious, the room very comfortable, and the staff were so friendly! I got sick during our stay and they sent us a personal note with some dates saying they hoped I felt better & to let them know if I needed anything! They went out of their way to be helpful! I would recommend this hotel to everyone!

The spa has no swimming pool or jacuzzi. What is a spa in their understanding, so it's a steam bath for 2 people and the same size ordinary sauna. Oh, yes, there are room for massage. It's all the amenities in the spa. I saw this for the first time. For 5 stars is not serious.

Great! Amazing service, lovely breezy rooms with great views, and comfortable facilities. Breakfast was delicious too. Literally the only thing that was not that great, was the loud music at the pool/beach.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only minus-there are many different boats, ships, there are even tankers. Sometimes it smells like gasoline.

Magical place — modern and warm at the same time — adorable staff with little care — everything was thought for fun. The only small Bemol: the very limited limit of swimming in the Sea (one cannot exceed a floating line equivalent to a small pond)

Very nice stay. Large room, clean with a beautiful terrace and seaview. All conforts and very kind staff.

It was a really good experience although we had few trouble at the beginning, but the upgrade fixed most of it. Our stay was better than the last time. And will go back again soon. Hopefully it would be even better and better.

Great hotel in Aqaba. Good Internet, free. Very helpful staff. Russkagovorjashhie administrators. Comfortable rooms, all with loggias that overlook only the sea. Warm outdoor pool with Jacuzzi. Your beach with sand. Right in the city, close to everything. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel!

Rest time: 18-25 January.
Reading the reviews of the hotel, comparing with reality, came to the conclusion that the reviews were incorrect. If you could put 10, would bet.
1) Rest in January-it's high and relax: warm enough, the hotel is filled with 10 percent (IM, you see, cold, not the season). Beach with white sand. On the beach, in the pool you are, practically, alone. There are two of the staff on one vacationer. The whole Kempinski is just for you! Originally planned excursion program, but the hotel did not let go!
2) dress code in the dining room: did not notice women can dress mini, men come in slippers-no problem! (in the reviews read that someone can not let…)
3) For fans of water procedures in January (as before departure did not find anything by himself) …
Weather: 20 – 23 degrees, sun every day. Here it is necessary to understand, that their 20 degrees and our compare incorrectly, for the Sun Šparit decently, it is desirable in stroll.
The sea in January: Well, not colder, than in our Crimea in September, it is possible and necessary to swim! The sea is shallow, clear, with a sandy bottom, well with small children.
Pools: Heated there, pool warm in winter. Among other things there is a children's pool, there water generally hot.
Well, if you decide to boil in the water, then go to the Jacuzzi in the street, there you can meet the sunset.

Excellent hotel in all respects. All rooms with views of the gulf of Aqaba.

Nothing extraordinary about this hotel, no spa, breakfast is below average. Staff are quite nice here. It's convenient because it's very close to city center. The beach is OK but very close to industrial area and not that good to swim nor is it relaxing on the beach. The lobby huge and design for lobby and reception is awkward and do not feel inviting. Rooms are a bit small, toilet also small. Bed is very good and comfortable. It is not bad to stay here but I would try other hotels in Aqaba next time.

A good place for a romantic weekendv, my favorite rooms in Aqaba (all rooms are sea view btw) and the veach is modern, yet it's cozy and warm.

Great location, nice and clean hotel with lot of space, friendly and helpful staff, very nice wiew from room/balcony, several restaurants to choose from, highclass security, have absolutely nothing to complain about.

5 stars very well deserved! Best thing was the bathroom with a glass instead of a wall. You can see the sea from the toilet.

The Kempinski Hotel is the best place to stay, relax and enjoy, and for sure I will be back. After 5 days in this amazing hotel, the service and the attansion I got from the stuff, the smiles and the good time are things everyone have to experience.

Great Hotel.

The resort is great for couples or families with kids. I loved the water sports facilities, beach and pool. The food is super good, the mini bar was filled with soft drinks and water for free quick room service and there is a sports coffee shop with large screen and bein satellite on the beach.

A luxurious hotel with very nice rooms. I was offered a free upgrade from a panoramic room to a junior suite upon arrival. Everything was generally nice. The food needs some improvement though.

I had a very nice stay. The rooms are big and the beach and swimming pools are clean. The breakfast was very delicious. It's close to the city with a lot of shops and restaurants.

I was disappointed, when in the room was torn certains. For 5 stars hotel it is not a level. In general amazing territory with swimming pool and private beach. Very good breakfast. And polite stuff. Room service is slow, we wait our order 45 min.

Excellent design and architecture. Very nice and comfortable. The appreciable price corresponds to quality.

+ The hotel is very beautiful, well modern designed, clean and romantic, the sunset and moon set are very very romantic from the balcony. + twice room cleaning at a day, + the room is wide and nice with beautiful sea view, + the beach is clean and very nice, the bool is very romantic and beautiful. + I gave the hotel 10/10 on all aspects except the food. + the breakfast is good enough, — BUT the dinner is good but not so much, and not as the hotel level, I expected to get more various and delicious food. The desserts are not so much tasty. — something that annoyed me that soft drinks are not included with the dinner and the price is very very expensive.

You get the loveliest view of Red sea from the upper floors of this hotel. Its unique swimming pool with lights from the other shore of the Red sea are just amazing. Great place to live in Aqaba.

By far the best hotel I have ever stayed in! there was literally nothing bad about the whole experience.

Sometimes when you travel outside of western Europe and the US there can be a bit of variation in what 5 stars really mean, but here it is absolutely spot on. Very nice all round. The room was very white and stylish which I really liked. Large, great balcony and view over the sea even from the bath. No plug sockets by the bed though which would be nice as would Wi-Fi in the room. The lobby and public areas were all really smart and immaculately presented. Attentive service even when it comes to towels by the pool which had a cool layout with jacuzzi, bar, kids and infinity sections. Even before you got to an empty sunbed one of the attendants had put a towel out ready for you. Breakfast pretty good, choice of fresh eggs brought to table. I had scrambled which were well cooked and not overdone as in many hotels. Good pastries and other choice too all of good quality. Dinner buffet 27jd good quality too. Lamb stew really good, don't forget the BBQ station for live cooking either. Lunch at Fish In (by the beach), pizza very thin and crispy, lots of pasta with authentic carbonara sauce but could have done with a bit more bacon. Service a bit confused though, drinks took a while and we got 2 lots of bread. There were some angry Russians who seemed to be at the wrong end of a few mistakes though. Even though it was low season it was still warm enough to sunbath and it was great value for money. Can't wait to figure out a reason to go back.
