My daughter and Istayed for 4days … tha staff is so freindly and helpful… the room was pool and sea view as promissed … the room service was excellent … privacy was respected … it was a very pleasent stay … we felt like home with our family … I highly recommend it especially for people who prefer city centre…

The most enjoyable experience EVERYTIME we stay here… We always find great service and wonderful atmosphere. All the crew and the stuff are so kind and friendly specially Mr Mohammad (in charge of the pool), Mr Jawad (from the sales team) and Mr Rezeq (housekeeping).

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are Mr. Mohamad (recharge pool) and Mr. Resiq (room service) and definitely will back there and I will recomend this peace of heaven to everyone! THANK YOU BOUBLE TREE BY HILTON.

Bad bad bad hotel the reception person is rude I went in 2018 it was bad and in 2020 is still bad the rescrption person is always rude.

Great location, clean and large room. Exceptionally helpful and polite staff. Riched breakfast which was really tasty. Beautiful pool and spa facilities.

The location is very very good, everything you may need is near by, restaurants, pubs and liquor stores. The pool is some what small but you can easily access the beach when you buy a ticket for a very reasonable amount of money to access Tala Bay beach. The hotel is very clean and the breakfast is very nice. Would definitely come back :)

Fun experience. Rooms very clean and worthy of five stars the prices were very reasonable and we're inclusive of breakfast and dinner. The location of the hotel is great as it's close to the city center and gandoor beach. What I didn't like tho was the food variety as the buffets were limited and avarage. The coffee at breakfast was terrible and I wouldn't advise drinking it. The swimming pool area is very nice and relaxing but not very big and can get boring fast.

A great hotel with very nice people, they do everything you need. Rooms are as big as normal and very clean. We get an animal made of towels every day. Breakfast is on the M floor and there are much different things. Wi-Fi is only in the lobby, restaurant, swimming pool and rooftop bar and not in the rooms. We had a wonderful stay here!

Very nice stay in Aqaba. Very well served by the hotel staff especially Alan the receptionist. The cookie was a nice touch as soon as we arrived after a long day in Petra. We also got a free upgrade which was very nice of them. The staff were also ready to help as I had an injury. The bar on the roof has a nice view and a good vibe for a drink. Very well recommended.

Probably one of the best hotels in Aqaba. Very good location right next to the main square and the harbour. Has a very pleasant pool, whose water has a temperature of over 30 degrees. The house is a little in need of renovation, but still pleasant.

The DoubleTree in Aqaba is a great hotel to stay at, certainly if you can book it on Hilton Honors points, but also normally of course. Perhaps it is slightly dated, especially the rooms, but very comfortable indeed. Staff very friendly and capable. They have a half outdoor pool with city and sea views, and also give you a ticket for a real beach and pool location which you can reach by shuttle bus. This really is great value altogether. There is a sizable and somewhat guarded parking lot so no problem to leave your car at the hotel.

Nice rooms, helpful staff, and fancy restaurant. Some rooms could use a little maintenance and some smell like smoke.

I like their hospitality, the breakfast was good, but wish there were more variety on the launch buffet.

It is not first time here. But I am enjoying stay. Good view… Good hospitality … in addition I like their unique cookies.

Although we only stayed one night and arrived early evening, the hotel was extremely well maintained, the registration personnel were very helpful at check-in when asked about restaurants, and the room was extremely comfortable. A breakfast buffet in the morning was included, complete with an impressive array of different types of foods to hopefully satisfy any palate. (No "American breakfast" so prepare to be a little adventuresome. ) Note: As in other hotels as well, as we found out, you must place your 'card' room key in the holder by the light switch for electric in the room to stay on. Actually a great energy saving feature, it doesn't allow lights to be left on after you leave the room. The downside — outlets shut off and you therefore cannot charge your computer, phone, etc. While you're gone, unless you have a second key that you leave "plugged in" while you're away.

The Hilton still victim of its success. The great class with honorable prices. On the last floor you can have a drink with a great view of the city.

We stayed at the rooftop bar. The view looks unequalled, Akaba by night is beautiful. Music unfortunately extremely noisy, too bad we went early. The drinks e. G. Mojito are at 7-10 dinars, which is good for the ambiance. Our tip: Take earplugs and enjoy the view.

Hotel near the beach and in the modern and elegant center.

The rooftop has a restaurant where you can enjoy a wonderful view of the whole city.

Really nice hotel. Clean and comfortable. Very helpfull and friendly staff. Only disadvantage in case of my room was that it was quite noisy — traffic sounds were very disturbing at the evening. But overall very good :)

Lovely hotel, centrally located. Excellent service, very nice breakfast and the best bed I have ever slept in. Lovely terrace on the roof with a bar that serves great cocktails. Will hopefully go back.

Of positive that is an island of sophistication in a region that cares little the details in general. Of negative that has beds that make you uncomfortable (! ) sleep and a breakfast that if you do not have paid a priori, you are persecuted to pay it until you pay. It is the only one that in 43 years I have found that do not charge the services of bar, restaurants, etc. Consumed at check out. One I want and I can't.

Great value for money Room service Too much time to response My experience was that they did clean the room and then they took the towels without replacing After we called them three times they did replace it after 2-3 hours Also there was no Prayer carpet, toothbrush and slippers You have to order I tried also there dinner They don't have much options and not tasty But in the hotel location you can find alot of restaurants.

Great hotel. Great food, friendly staff. Centrally located, very convenient for those who like to walk in the city on their own.

All the staff is amazing people that try to take care the customer and they treat you in the best posible way. The facilities are ok and the breakfast is nice… but the most really value in this hotel is the staff. Thanks team, thanks Aqaba family!

Excellent hotel in Aqaba which maintains the high standards of this chain. On the roof of the room a sticker indicates the direction of Mecca, I imagine it will be for those who want to pray.

Good hotel in general, the Wi-Fi arrives a bit bad to the rooms.

Great hotel, I love Hilton's… this one has many things to offer, central located next to plenty of restaurants. Do yourself a favor, stop by a liquor store across the street and get what you want because the mini bar in your room is triple the price. We had the breakfast buffet, for the price you pay you get a lot to choose from. Coffee they have was terrible, I went across the street to the coffee stand and had a genuine cup of Jordan Arabic coffee. So good!

A somewhat aging hotel in the city of Aqaba. Staff are very nice and courteous. The rooms could be washed up again. Otherwise in the middle of life.

Infrastructure a little bit ageing, but especially the service is totally unsatisfactory for a Hilton! I would never come back!

A maximum of 3 stars, but not 5. Old broken furniture in which it is impossible to arrange your belongings as the closet door simply does not open. After a long flight, instead of having to rest, it was late at night to immediately call the master to make the castle an entrance door that did not close. No one apologized, not offered another room. From Russian-speaking staff 1 person who does not work every day. As the hotel is in the city, it is quite noisy. All inclusive meals are more than modest, but they won't starve.

Just gorgeous Hotel c is the first time I go DS a 5 star hotel gift from my daughter Assia! the rooms were very clean and the staff were very friendly and attentive. Hygiene nothing to say a perfect team ns are staying there now and without regret! very cordially Malika.

Good hotel, but room for improvement.

Of the best of Aqaba. I liked the pool with views (the infinity I don't see it much), the gym and the spaciousness of the rooms. They have a cafeteria next to the reception, restaurant and bar to watch sports.

I don't recommend this hotel. Not so quite place. Not good food. Not good swimming pools. Not good personnel. And they might sheet by using the internet tilling you it's free but it's not… ldont like the place at all.

Great welcome and very comfortable room with a good view but a few disappointments. Broken plug in bath, broken glass in minibar, window doesn't close properly so loud music, traffic noise and muezzin make it feel as if we are trying to sleep on the street, made worse by the cigarette smoke wafting into our "non-smoking" room. Also, bizarrely for a five star hotel with a claim to an ecological conscience, we have only been given paper cups for our tea and coffee in the room.

The hotel is very nice, clean and everything is great … I enjoyed it a few times … The food is excellent and the best you find in the hotel is the staff who provide the best services and the most comfortable ways in more than any place you have visited … Thank you for managing the hotel and all employees There … and soon I will visit you.

Honestly I do not know how the 5 stars rate is given, but I would not rate this hotel that much. we were welcomed with their tasty gooey cookie. The security at the door are amazing and so friendly. Our room was very good, cleaned well and smells nice. The quality of the sleep is great, very well maintained ventilation system. We were not offered breakfast and we paid 7 JOD for the buffet which is really good, The chef is friendly and had done amazing job in controlling the quality of the service even. The staff are friendly but they are not ready to search for answers! We asked them about many things yet the answer was most of the times we don't know! We were there to attend a wedding, the bride had made contact with the hotel and even placed a shuttle, yet when we were inquiring whether the shuttle arrived or not or about the location they always answered they don not know as if surprised! The security were way more helpful. We stayed for five nights and the last two we had to order the towels as they were not all replaces, and the kits equally. They used to provide them back without attitude but still it took them time sometimes and several reminders. The biggest deception is the pool: tiny one that was not even inviting and not exposed to the sun. Else it is in a very practical location.

Nice hotel, good location near the city center and clean rooms. However, the pool is nor the best as they allow people to swim in their clothes.

Great hotel! Modern & clean, great breakfast buffet, friendly staff, decent gym. I was allowed late check-out at 3pm. Walking distance to tourist areas of Aqaba. Beautiful rooftop bar / restaurant with view of the city. The swimming pool is partially covered, and therefore not always under the sun — this may be a pro or con, depending on personal preferences.

Stayed in quite a few different hotels in Aqaba and alwaya seem to come back here centrally located so near to everything you can think of here. Good service good rooms. Infinity pool can be a tad busy at times but such is life. Would I recommend it? yes. But I dont have to because many of my colleagues also use here. Out of season there are some really good deals.

One exceptionally good hotel in Aqaba, especially for business people. Excellent location, right in middle of the city, with proximity to gulf Cornish, shops, and businesses center. Outstanding services in room and at front desk. The staff seem to be highly trained, and are very hospitable, delivering the services promptly to guests' need. Amazing, gulf — over looking roof top with nice entertainment at night. Well set food menu, with good varieties and cooking. comfortable, clean and well equipped rooms. Serviced by a wonderful — always smiling — staff. Hotel Manager, Mr. Darwish and front desk Manager Mr. Shishani, added value to the hotel.

Ok. Sometimes we had a long wait for service at the bar. Generally ok :).

The private beach was outstanding (it joined her by bus to spend all day). Loved the snorkel, the quantity of fish of all colors is amazing.
The hotel facilities are very good, the kitchen and breakfast are really very very good! Worthy of Michelin restaurant!
And then a big thank you to Michel Lansen and Ala'a Shishani for their help during our stay in the month of April.

I stayed in Double Tree by HIlton in Aqaba for a couple of days and had a wonderful time. They make you feel like a royalty, absolutely wonderful. In case I ever have the chance to go back there, I will.
