Perfectly comfortable… when I was come back here, I'm absolutely booking at this Hotel Love ya♡

Rooms are spacious. Very poorly maintained hotel is unfortunate the stadium of abandonment of the rooms. Cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. The restaurant was very nice.
It needs urgent reform.
In the room, even a tube TV.
Pretty far from the center.
The air conditioning did not cool we asked for another room or told us that there was
The closet door was broken off-hook

Very good, but it should improve the bathrooms, and something the meals. To be a five star. The lovely oersonal.

Excellent hotel. In any country, I find local 5 star hotels have character, which international chain hotels usually lack. Found it to be true of this hotel. Checked in very late at about 3am and reception had us sorted out quickly. All marble interiors, floors and walls, perhaps too much marble. Our room was in a high floor facing north. Had a great view of the city but was partially sullied by an ugly grey building under construction across the road. The breakfast buffet was fantastic. Wide spread, local flavors, lovely seating, and great service. Location not exactly at the epicenter for sightseeing, which would be the Citadel area. But not far either. Didn't try local transport as I was driving. But getting a cab must have been very easy.

You expect a state of the art service and quality but it is not the case when my friends and I visited the hotel on new years eve. We were not given the table we had booked and on top of all that our drink was stolen and the organizer was very aggressive when she was informed about the situetion. The floor manager was incapable of handling the situation. We were expecting at least an apology or a compensation, but such professionalism was not present. We were told that there was nothing they can do about it. We left as early as possible. I honestly do not recommend this place for staying or having a night out with friends. The worst experience ever. Does not deserve even one star.

Had a great stay here, the accomodation was clean and in working order. The restaurant serves delicious food too.

Comfy and central. It has changed its name though, now it is called Days Inn.

Hotel on the outskirts of Amman.
Clean and comfortable, but it would need a renovation, it seems of the years 70.
Share some services with the hotel next door "Regence", and you have to pay as you use them, you can not charge them to the room, which I think is a nuisance.

One month ago very nice hotel.

We are happy to find this hotel. Its situation is good and it is not too big. The rooms are nice and the breakfast is splendid. The personnel is hospitable and ready to help in any problem.
