Good place to stay. Hospitable staff. They can speak English and a few other languages. Rooms are nice. You need to get your own water and body lotion (these are things they need to provide). Has 2 very good bars. Food is nice. Restaurant is good. Definitely a good budget place to stay.

The hotel is very beautiful. The employees were very nice. The breakfast was outstanding. The location was close to the downtown and just across the Jordanian University. My experience overall was fantastic. I will highly recommend this hotel.

I love this place so much, every time I have business trip I will choose to stay here. The environment is so comfortable and cozy. All the staffs are so helpful and friendly, especially Mrs. Yara, she always takes care of me. I feel I am going home when I rest in the hotel. It is so relaxing sometimes I just stay at VIP lounge read a book and work a bit, and the breakfast has good variety, room is clean and beautiful. Definitely will recommend to everyone for such a good place!

This is a clean, calm and well-run hotel with friendly staff. The rooms are well-furnished and comfortable, though the lack of a desk is a disadvantage for business travellers. The porters and receptionists are helpful and the staff give an impression of busy efficiency. The meals, though competently served by friendly staff, do not quite live up to the standards of the rest of the hotel. The breakfast omelets and coffee are good and visitors who like a truly Bedouin breakfast are well catered for. The cooked breakfast items, pastries and juices aren't as good. The dinner menu is a bit limited and unimaginative but the selection of wine, beer, spirits and other drinks is good. The hotel is sited a good distance from the city centre and the main tourist attractions in an area with more waste-ground than buildings. But it is quiet and taxis are cheap and efficient enough to more than compensate. So, despite some drawbacks, this is an excellent place to stay. It has the friendly, personal touch which ambitious hotels can lack and it makes a good base from which to explore Amman and its hinterland — especially the area to the north and west — even if it is not so well located for tourism in and around the city centre.

Wonderfull hotel — fast internet — good breakfast — one thing isnt good that it is not near to a road service. Its difficult to climb up the hill to reach the hotel.

Actualy I don't know how to apprecicate (A. I. H) In general and mss (Yarah) specaly is was abona fide in all services. She was take the initiative to all requirement's of guests.
