It was very convient for me as I was working in Akasaka. Walking to work was such a joy.

Hotel staff was really nice on service. Place is clean and comfy.

I did not really experience the hotel but the entrance was very normal and the rooms are ok not great. My problem was they gave me a smoking room that smelled like an ashtray and couldn't sleep there so I had to cancel and move to a different hotel in the middle of the night. Hotel Felice is 10 times better and only then I was able to enjoy my stay.

Clean, good staff, great location from the castle, park, 21st century art museum and bus stops to Kanazawa station.

6, 072 Big bed has shower, have bathtub can be ruined, bathroom and room are spacious, the room also has foot massager, side, can see Street View, Super satisfied! Breakfast and water are on the first floor. Girls stay also send mask packet!

Akasaka Granbell Hotel has a great location, the surrounding area is full of restaurants and close to the metro. They serve a really lite breakfast, mainly 3 choices of cereal some bread and that's it. They have free bottled water in a fridge in the lobby. The rooms are decent size for Tokyo, for me the location was important, however you can get cheaper rooms a bit further away. Regardless the staff was friendly and helpful.

Very good location in a living area close to restaurants and bars very crowded.
A very good soundproof but I was at 8th, comfortable bedding and very clean bathroom.
Breakfast at the Japanese but rather complete by cons to take in his room because of optimization of place.

Good value if you don't mind tiny rooms.

Small rooms as expected in Tokyo by Western standards however very clean, efficient and modern. Very friendly, professional staff with complimentary food/drink accommodations in lobby. Great neighborhood and convenient location!

The Granbell is located in very convenience because of it is in a street of restaurants and near by station of metro.
But it is very silent and relaxed room even in a city and nice stuff in the hotel. I like it, I like it!

The GranBell Akasaka provides easy access to the Akasaka-mitsuke Metro Station as well as well as significant amount of dining and drinking options nearby. I always find that the staff at the GranBell to be professional, polite and very helpful. Check in's are always fast and easy. Entry into the lobby can be a little confusing the first time, it is a large sliding metal door on the side of the glass entry that uses a motion sensor (requires you to be almost right in front of the door to activate). Like most Japanese budget/business hotels, they are small compared to what Western travelers are used to (comparable to a medium sized bedroom). The GB provides a more modern style all tile finished bathroom including a curbless walk in shower with a typical spray wand and ceiling mounted shower head. The door and outer wall of the bathroom is glass which helps to make the restroom and the bedroom sections feel much more spacious and has a privacy curtain. The bed in a standard room is sufficiently comfortable for 2 to share unless you are wider births or someone who requires a great deal of space when sleeping. A safe, refrigerator and other drawer storage is located in both sides of the base of the desk. One thing to note is that the room lacks a closet and only provides 2 hanger hooks. Like most Japanese hotels, the HVAC controls are locked and set at 23 C which was too warm.

The hotel was great. We stayed here for a week, location in the city centre. Ride the subway, we can be very convenient. That is all I can find on the Internet have breky value of the highest hotel. Staff are very friendly and their English was good, too.

Tiny rooms but worked for a couple days. Great value.
