Rohan is a cozy, quiet guesthouse in the Habu Minato area of the island. There are only two guestrooms so you rarely have to wait to use the shared bath or kitchen. There are two toilets and sinks. You can get there by bus on the B line, get off at B27 山の上. It is easy to get to the harbour area on foot as there are stairs leading down to the harbour a 5-minute walk away. The eateries/supermarkets in the area have limited hours. The guesthouse kitchen has dishware like pots, pans, chopsticks, bowls, etc. But there are not many ingredients in the kitchen so I recommend packing some food (e. G. Tea, coffee). The host provides slippers and towels and there is a clothesline within the room for drying swimwear or laundry. It is a 30-minute walk to Toushiki Beach which is great for snorkeling. A 20-minute walk in the other direction leads you to a different rocky beach with good views of Fudeshima. We had a lovely time on Oshima, thank you to our host for her recommendations and help!
