Very terrible experience I never had. room is small but bathroom is not bad. wait for a long time to check in. not allow to keep the luggage even if I will check in again after 1 day. i could stand those points of above. But the hotel delay to send our luggage to next hotel for 1 more day. i could not understand why they miss such important thing for customer. for me, I will never go back to live such awful hotel again.
Hotel looks nice BUT once you stays, we were very very disappointed. Wi-Fi is not working since day 1 of Grand opening, staff told me it’s overloaded, nothing they can do or will do. They could have upgraded if management is confronting this issues. Around 200 rooms with only 2 elevators, long line up all the time. Room air-con install right in front of the bed, no matter how you adjust, it will keeps on blowing at your face/. Reason I didn’t put 1 stars was because the staff. Staff was nice but helpless on these issues… wasted bunch of good front line staff.
