Nice hotel, I recommend you stay here, it's not expensive and you get a great service.

Hostel in front of Kyoto station, the first floor has a convenience store, the top floor has a hot spring wind bathroom (although it does not feel like a hot spring), more recommended is the first floor of the restaurant, from nine o'clock in the evening, there are free ramen noodles as a night out, refreshments.
Although it is said that the weight of each bowl is not large, but there is no limit to the order during business hours, so it is also guaranteed to be able to eat a full snack. Room space is small and exquisite, it is recommended to go to the top floor bubble, do not use the narrow bathroom.

Comfortable and reasonably priced. Breakfast is great if you like japanese breakfast foods. The evening noodles is also awesome. Very convenient location, close to both JR and local train station as well as a bus terminal.

Clean. Friendly staff. They give you a Rāmen night for dinner and it's rich. The massage service is very good.

As always at Dormy Inns, good onsen, excellent late night ramen… What really is a pain in Japan is that most (all? ) rooms are smoking rooms, again it was possible to get a non — smoking room. The first room we were assigned fell nothing short of an ashtray. It was just to much to bear. Fortunately, we could change fire another (smokers) room which was somewhat more bearable. The rooms tend to be small in Japan, especially at Dormy Inns. And, they're are no double beds, only twin beds. For crying out loud!

Dormy Inn Premium is near Kyoto Station as well as Kyoto Tower. Room feels comfortable & like home. Facilities that you need for your travel are available. The hotel has indoor & outdoor onsen, massage, laundromat, and free noodle at 9PM. Excellent services. Konbini on the lobby area & restaurants nearby.

The place is located just next to the station, very convenient. There is a mini mart just downstairs, and the Porta food basement at the Kyoto station which makes finding food a breeze. The array of food for breakfast is enough to keep you full. In the evenings, there is noodles being served. The room is clean, there are necessities provided, and clothes to use within the hotel premises. The hotel is worth the indoor and outdoor hot springs it provides, especially in the winter. Laundry services are found within the onsen area itself.

Value appreciated, including the hotel staff are very polite and good service. Here, I would like to thank them for their service. Food, breakfast food is very good, more special, there is free snack noodles to eat. I stayed for three nights, because I had enough to eat outside the last two nights. Very nicely located across from Bullet train station, The Hotel has free Japanese bath and breakfast buffet/Evening noodle soup. Friendly staff, worth every penny. We’re going back in spring this year again. You’re not regret, I’m regular traveller to Japan/Kyoto.

Dormy Inn are always good. The location, the room. But the only bad thing is many Chinese at the hot spring and some of them wore paper underwear. Some of them making hair treatments. It’s disgusting. I think the staffs can remind them at the hot spring area.

The location is very good and the staff is very friendly. The room is not very big, but it is available. Favorite place for the great baths, breakfast, and free ramen for the evening. Great location, 5 min walk from the station. Rooms are nice and clean, very comfortable. I've been staying in a few hotels across Japan recently and this hotel has the biggest rooms I've experienced so far, which was nice. There's free ramen noodles every night apparently, but I haven't experienced it so far. Staff are as helpful as they can be, considering the language barrier. They do speak English but it's average at best. Try not to ask for anything slightly put of the norm otherwise there will be lots of confusion.

Dormy rules! The onsen on the top floor is a wonderful way to relax. I got a 30 minute pressure point massage that made my stay so relaxing. Breakfast in the morning is a huge and delicious spread. Will definitely stay again.

This is our first visit to Kyoto, but the hotel definitely seems pricey for what you get (we're paying $700 for 4 nights for a room with two twin beds and little more). You mostly pay for location — which is great, by the way. Right next to Kyoto Station with access to buses, trains, and subways, and all the wonderful restaurants on the top floor of Kyoto Station. The breakfast buffet is actually pretty good, with Japanese and western style dishes. The rooms are tolerable for sleeping and personal hygiene but not a place you'd want to stay in during the day really. On our next trip to Kyoto, we will likely stay somewhere else now that we have our bearings with public transportation.

The hotel is excellently located to Kyoto station, so if you arrive late to the city it is easy to find. The rooms are smaller than a US hotel room, but are well equipped. The beds are comfortable and the linens are definitely clean, and the room itself feels like a Holiday Inn-style hotel. There aren't many channels to select in the room (but if you are out and about that does not matter! ). The bathroom is quite small; however the tub is great for a Japanese-style soak before bed! They provide the same amenities one except from a hotel (toothbrush, soaps, razor, etc. ) and the cleaning staff are phenomenal. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again!

Small rooms — but great Onsen on the roof and amazing massages. Good breakfast and free noodles from 9pm is a nice touch. Great location too.

Value for money and convenient hotel.

Hotel was clean and modern. They have free Raman noodle soup every night. Very close to the station. There is a Lawson mini market connected to the hotel which is very handy. Pillows were way too hard for us (didn't complain, my own fault).

The staff was very friendly and helpful. It's a very nice sauna on the roof. The evening is free buying Rama. Make sure you stop there!
