Decently nice place, great for hot spring and lake viewing.
➜ Rooms are spacious, open the curtains to see the scenery of Toya Lake, very beautiful! Staff are old gentleman and old lady, attitude is very kind!
Although the meal is not very used to but very authentic, hot spring is very comfortable! Hotel is also very close to hot Spring Street, quite convenient! After checking out, I found something that I forgot to take …
The staff were kind enough to help send it back to Taiwan. The room has perfect lake view from window, and the staffs is all nice. The meal is really authentic, No. Need to say the hot spring. I lost my stuff after checked out, the staff even helped me to mail back to Taiwan. I ' ll choose Hokkai Hotel next time if I go to Toyako again.

Fine hotel with good price and nice view from room. Only the air-conditioning is a bit old so if you go on summer time, it will be a bit hot.
