Not very big hotel, the location falls in the North Peak area nearest ski place, very convenient. The lobby is equipped with an unlimited supply of beverages in the corner and afternoon tea time more free snacks. Complimentary hot and cold spots and eye patches are available at the front desk. Every night there is the main show for Children (Japanese), there are indoor small playground, reading pavilion and so on. It's a nice hotel for parents.

Awesome onsen with indoor and outdoor pools. Reasonably priced for non-hotel guests.

As an American and my first real japanese hotel experience, I thought this hotel was spectacular (especially after coming from australia). Lots of extra perks, nice rooms, and great staff Location — Very close to the lifts, perfectly situated to ski at Furano Staff — many of them dont speak English well, but they try super hard to help with whatever you need, its not their fault I dont speak Japanese. So overall they are great. Also, there is one gentleman who speaks English very well and is Extremely accommodating. Helped us in so many aspects I cant even count (he comes off a bit gruff, but I think this is being japanese) Facilities — Nice rooms (not huge but nice), great Extras — Great breakfast buffet every day. Free sweet 4-6, free beer at 8pm, nice Onsen/hot tub, good ski locker access,

We had a lovely time here. The hotel is in a spectacular location if skiing at Furano — you can literally ski to the door if the snow conditions are right. The facilities are clean and well maintained. They also provide a ton of extras like afternoon snacks, marshmallows, and drinks and really make you feel welcome. Free parking. Breakfast is fine, nothing special, but it serves the purpose if you're gonna spend the day skiing. It's a little strange, as a Westerner, to get used to wearing slippers and the sa-mu-i around the entire hotel, but give it a try. Staff was also exceptionally helpful with the luggage shipping service.

Such a lovely hotel. The location is great as it is right in front of the ski field. The onsen is amazing and the rooms are quite large. Catching a taxi from the station is about ¥1, 000-¥1400 depending on time of day.

A great place for family especially those travelling with children. Lots of activities in the hotel and staff are friendly and helpful.

Furano Nature Forest Hotel Check in when the hotel staff will serve the sweet welcome juice and Hot hot towel there are Taiwan hotel service staff can communicate in Chinese, very friendly and warm! Next to the counter is a large pile of spare parts are free to request or borrow children's toiletries/slippers/diapers/Meiji block milk powder/toys and so on I ordered is Twin-Non Smoking room, to three single beds, the room is good large rooms feel relatively old, but are very clean I did not bathe in the room, because the hotel has separate men and women can soak, there are outdoor soup pond when the snow, the next morning to get up early bubble (9 o ' clock in the morning Soup pond closed), the night before the snow, so the outdoor soup pond next to the snow, the day cold soak hot soup looking at the snow, really comfortable yes! The lobby floor also has mini bar ready for free drinks-hot and cold coffee/sparkling drinks, etc. Soak up the soup to have a cup of relaxation afternoon to evening also have a phased provision of free snacks (grilled marshmallows/steamed potatoes, etc.

Excellent dinner set and very nice staff with hospitality. The room is cozy.

Hot spring bath is good and free softdrink.

Very homey and comfy place to stay, especially if with kids… Very thoughtful of having special little treats at certain hour of the day at the lobby floor, eg snacks, beers, ice creams, free flow coffee and other soft drinks… Very nice sweet desserts buffet… Nice supper ramen… There's also a children play area and a small library… Public bath is small but very cosy and provide baby baths toiletries and even bath toys!

Lovely device for traveler kind of bicycle, kids garden, reading area, also sweet hotel waiter no matter it's summer time or winter skiing time.

Excellent hotel. They provide everything I need. Very hommy and delicious breakfast. Staffs are very nice and helpful. Although no convenient store around this ski area, they provide everything u need. Free flow drinks, snacks, ramme, dessert, mask, etc… the chairlift station is just at the opposite side of the road. It also has shuttle to go new prince hotel side chairlift. Sky locker is available.

I enjoyed my stay here. Comfortable bed. Slept very well. Free snacks and drinks at the lobby at certain time in the evening was a pleasant treat.
