Room condition was great! I will definitely stay again next year for my ski trip.

The Portom Hotel is situated within the international terminal of New Chitose Airport.

The room is nice, and the onsen in the room is great. The snow view is wonderful. The service here is good.

One of my favorite hotel stays anywhere in the world. Exceptional service. Great Lake Shikotsu views from the rooms and the facility.

Lovely stay, highly recommended! We had a beautiful view of Lake Shikotsu right from our balcony.

I stayed at Lake Shikotsu Ao no Za as a Tsuruga member.
First of all, I was extremely satisfied with the food.

During our trip from Hakodate to Furano, we planned a stop at Lake Shikotsu and spent a night at Tsuruga Resort Mizunouta—an absolutely incredible onsen retreat.

My wife and I stayed here for 3 nights and absolutely loved it. We felt a bit foolish as one of only a few foreigners staying here but all of the staff were so patient and kind with our poor Japanese

The location around the hotel is amazing in autumn.
Rooms are a bit dated, but comfortable.

A lovely ryokan in the national park. The meals are excellent, rooms are very comfortable, and staff so helpful and friendly.

We chose this hotel mainly because of its convenient location near the train station, as we had an early morning flight the next day.

Very cheap, very close to the station & airport, have large public bath, and a decent a la carte breakfast!. Basically that's what you need for a business hotel near the airport!

We were only here for a night coming from Niseko and heading out via New Chitose airport. It was super close to the train station making transport easy.

Cannot believe how well maintained this hotel is. Everything is rather dated but in working order. It is basic, good for a night to be close to the airport at an affordable rate.

Excellent rooms — by mid-range Japanese standards, they are big, the bathroom (with bath) great. Very clean, comfortable bed, good amenities etc.
Check-in was swift.

Clean room, though a bit small, nice buffet breakfast, surrounded by many restruants nearby.

Convenient location with bus stop right in front of the hotel. The room is spacious, although the bathroom is a bit small but not too bad. There is a microwave in your room, which is super convenient!

I stayed here with my Son in a twin room. This was our final nights together in Hokkaido before I departed for a much warmer Bangkok.

From check-in to check-out, the service at ANA Crowne Plaza Chitose was fantastic.
The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, the rooms were very clean and comfortable.

Really nice and relaxing place! We booked a private onsen because we have tattoos. It was perfect to get that privacy and look out into the lake and mountains.

Clean, quiet, with professional service. If you book a room pick also a food potion. Very Day very tasty breakfest like open bar type — you pick what you want to eat. Food was just amazing quality.

Minn Chitose has become our accommodation of choice whenever we visit Hokkaido. We have stayed here more than three times over the years, and each visit continues to feel like coming home.

A convenient hotel which is zero distance between the depature/ arrival hall. All you need is to access on the halls by the hotel's elevator.

After a long day of traveling to Tokyo in the midst of a threat of a canceled connection to Sapporo due to snow, Air Terminal Hotel in the new Chitose Airport (Sapporo) was a welcomed relief!

Location is nearby station, though the hotel have free airport transfer but it starts at 6:20AM (if you have early morning flight, you cannot wait for the shuttle 😢 but luckily the bus to airport is

I stayed here for one night before my flight. There are a few stairs leading to the hotel entrance, which made moving my luggage there a bit of a hassle, as there's no wheelchair ramp.

I only stayed at the Koko Stay Chitose for one night on my way to Rusutsu, but I was very happy with my night there and would recommend this hotel for short stays.

Traveling to Sapporo & Tomakomai & Sapporo beer and grill is very easy with walking distance train station. I love renovated cute and pretty lobby, hallway, interiors.

Great business hotel, just a 5 minute walk from Chitose station and a 15 minute drive from Shin Chitose airport.
Booked a single room, it was well sized with plenty of space for luggage.

We booked non smoking room for 1 night before our flight next day in t morning so we could reach airport on time without hustle because its winter seasons.

It was at least 3rd time I visited this hotel.
The room is tidy, the PA is clean and convenient, the Onsen is clean, comfortable, the massage chairs are new and really nice.

Small Japanese hotel good for short stay for morning flight.
Staffs were very nice and polite.
Facility is a bit old but I have no problem with it. Everything you need is adequately provided.
