Excellent guest house, excellent food. We were surprised to be served blowfish. Fried. Now we can say we have tried it at least.

Beautiful Ryokan very close to the door of Itsukushima.
Very clean and nice with many details cared for. You sleep on a futon which is very comfortable. Room with own toilet and shared shower, very typical of the Ryokan.
For the 5 stars you have missed varies things: this far from the port, if you go with suitcases take taxi or the bus that goes aquarium that are 300yenes (this Info did not have it and it is useful to know), another thing is that the dinner is like late at 7pm and honestly we were not hungry… (a shame because the dinner is spectacular) and finally at 23h close the Ryokan… which limits you to enjoy the island without people and be able to take pictures of the door illuminated.

This small hotel in retreat is beautiful with a restaurant of 1st class nothing to reproach him.

The rooms and the staff were great.
Too bad for the 2 bathrooms Onsen style. We have to wait for them to be free. Dinner and Japanese lunch not to my liking but to test if you want.
Possible to have a continental breakfast.

A fantastic guest house for a mid range price. Rooms are very clean and comfortable and the guesthouse offers free Wi-Fi. The room is equipped with toilet and basin but the bathroom is shared. This is no obstacle as there are only a few rooms on each floor and there are two bathrooms and one is for couples. The door is locked so you can enjoy with privacy. It is amazingly huge and very relaxing. Breakfast is absolutely amazing and you can either choose western or Japanese style.

The best stay yet in Japan in two weeks. The Western breakfast was incredible and so many different dishes I wondered when they would stop coming! Very clean and the staff amazing. Handy to the cafes, Torii Gate etc. Very highly recommend. Straight over the road from the Myajima Aquarium.

Nice rooms, fantastic food. Good location too. Fast Wi-Fi and very friendly staff, would highly recommend! It's a but of a walk from the ferry but the walk through Miyajima is fun and interesting, with all the food stalls and deer roaming around.

Nice service, good rooms. Spa is authentic. Couple bath exist. So nice hostess. Rooms are good bath is good. Aquarium is near. 30 minutes walking from ferry docks.

I don't know about the accommodations, but the restaurant food is great and the building New and modern. Great location.

Excellent! One of the best stays I've had in Japan. Service is 5 star, breakfast the best I've had while visiting Japan. Few meters Way from the great Tori. Baths, traditional style & private. Really couldn't ask for more! Will be back!

Cannot recommend enough! Classic Japanese, simple rooms with modern toilet and basin. Baths not in the room but can be locked for relaxing, private traditional Japanese bath. The highlight was the dinner with was a Japanese degustation menu. Sashimi, tempura, steamed oyster hot pot just to name a few dishes we had. Attentive service. We absolutely loved our stay.

Great place to stay in Myajima, especially the individual house.

Amazing food and the bathrooms were sparkling clean. The grout in the bathroom was exquisitely done.
