Review of Wilton House 3*

This place is blissfully amazing. You literally don't have to "do" anything (other than drink water and eat to live). Otherwise, your laundry, cooking, driving. Are all done for you. When you need something specific, simply ask and you shall receive. The best part of all: Complete privacy! This isn't a resort where you're sharing the pool with 100 other families. This is a 100% private estate with personal assistants (I think there was 1 service member per person in our party… cooks, maids, butlers, drivers, etc. ). Now we wanted to socialize a little. No problem said our butler. He took us to our private beach which is shared by all the Bluefields villas. We met other families and had a great time chatting about our experiences of Jamaica. The private beach is connected directly to one of the few public beaches in Jamaica. While we were there it was labor day in Jamaica and the beach had hundreds of people. While we had our private area, we could easily go hang out with the locals, which we did. We met some really cool, kind, and interesting people. They gave us a history of the Jamaican culture which everyone was intrigued to learn about. What an amazing vacation. When I go skiing I have to plan my routes, time the shuttles, cook my own food (or eat out) … The Bluefields experience is completely relaxing. Speaking of cooking. ALL the meals are 100% organic, non-GMO, and local to the island. If we had fish, it was caught same-day. You don't get that in the states. Thank you Bluefields, see you next year :D.
