This great gem tucked away in the hills overlooking the cove is more than the Bushbar's infinity pool, which is great by the way. I stayed in Ska, which I think is the best of the 3 cabins (I don't count drum and bass in this). I had a Jamaican breakfast (included) with a view every morning. This place is like a serene jungle, except when the Bush bar is hype with a live band it a DJ. Staff is so helpful with planning bespoke excursions. Who needs the in site gym (it's there if you do) when you can just walk down to the beach and hike all those steps back up. Did it twice and loved it both times. I didn't do the kayak tour (heard it's great) but that's on the list for my second visit. I really love this place and I hope to be back some day soon.

What a beautiful place with beautiful staff. We honeymooned at Geejam. We enjoyed every minute of it. Our favourite part was the food. The chef is top tier! Every meal was delicious. We will definitely be back! 🤍

Geejam was the most incredible life experience my mother and I could’ve ever asked for. The people were so warm and welcoming. Thank you to Newton, Patricia, Jackie, Omar, and everyone else who showed us so much love during our stay. We felt like family.
Besides the sweetest hospitality, the hotel itself was a spectacular place. Immersed in the jungle yet a luxurious feel, Geejam is the best of both worlds. The beach is a lovely walk away; kayaking, flippers, and goggles are available for those who want to explore the stunning coral reef bay. The onsite gym is tiny but equipped with all you need to keep in shape. Drivers are available when you need them in case you want to explore nearby towns, and the rooms are beautifully decorated, showcasing a deep appreciation for art.
The entire trip felt like a dream, and we were treated as such. I cannot thank everyone enough and I can’t wait to come back!

Beyond amazing! We were greeted like royal guest. Our room was extremely comfortable, clean and cozy. We enjoyed the private cottage with peace and natural beauty. The food was great complimented by pleasant staff. The views are to die for.

The exceptional views from our room balcony were views of green forest mountains and in the distance stunning sea views. Paradise.
The hotel itself is a Jamaican Hidden Treasure. Up in the mountains of SanSan Port Antonio.
The room itself was spacious, modern, airy with fresh crisp white bed linen.
The room walls hung artwork with modern creative photography. The Bathroom was special, a huge walk in shower, his/her sinks, plush deep bath tub for soaking up the ambience.
GeeJam Staff could not do enough when it came to service, from the moment of arrival, Sam and the Team were all amazing. Greeted with warm smiles, a tour of the hotel, given info of surrounding local beaches to explore, sporting adventures, waterfalls and more.
We settled in the Rhum Bar with a Geejam cocktail in hand then immersed into the infinity pool to capture the scenic views, then back out on to the terrace for a game of snooker/pool as the sun goes down.
Geejam Hotel has a private beach within its grounds, the private beach is a Haven, one can Swim in the warm tranquil aqua crystal blue sea, canoe, raft, snorkel and much much more, or simply sunbathe on loungers in its stunning green elevated gardens or on its sandy beach, either side is scenic with amazing panoramic views.
From Geejam private beach I highly recommend visiting the Turtles with the experienced on site lifeguard with the knowledge of the sea Turtles is not to go a miss as they tap the Turtles to the surface for you to view.

Celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary my husband booked a couple of nights for us to stay at GeeJam. It was amazing!. We were in the Peter Tosh room — great views of the sunrise each morning through the canopy of the trees. Idlyllic place. Bush Bar food, drink and staff — second to none. Great interaction with Steve Beaver (Co-Owner) who really made you feel welcome… and to top it all we watched Liverpool beat Man United 3-0 — Yayyyyy.

Geejam hotel is a little slice of HEAVEN tucked away in the warm and cozy village of Port Land Port Antonio. From the time we arrived we felt the welcoming warmth of the staff and grounds were breathtaking. The meals were authentic island offerings, the drinks were delicious and views of the ocean is incredible from any common area of the hotel. If you’re looking for a boutique hotel with luxury accommodations and privacy, this is the PLACE! We fell in love with this gem and can’t wait to come back!

GeeJam is nothing short of paradise! My wife and I celebrated our 20th wedding anniversary here, and it was an experience we’ll cherish forever. The location is idyllic, with pristine beaches that feel like a private escape, perfect for a romantic getaway.
The food at Bush Bar was out of this world, with every meal offering a delightful culinary journey… and that Juice! Oh my Soo good. But what really set GeeJam apart were the good vibes and the incredible staff. From the moment we arrived, we felt like part of the family.
The warmth and hospitality of the team made our stay truly special.
If you’re looking for a place that offers not just luxury but an authentic, soul-soothing experience, GeeJam is it. We highly recommend staying here—you won’t be disappointed!

Words can't describe the beauty of this place. Geejam offers a safe private beach tucked in a calm lagoon with access to ocean life. The staff are helpful and friendly. The size is ideal so you can comfortably meet other guests and get to know regular staff. It's a bit of a trek from Kingston but the resort offers a driver service. I highly recommend this as the roads here might not be the quality most guests are used to. We can't wait to come back. To all of the Geejammers we met, thanks for welcoming us and making us feel at home and cared for!

Had the pleasure of staying here for my wonderful friend's birthday and it was an amazing experience! Hands down the most attentive, kind and accommodating staff. They made sure we had everything we needed and then some.
I stayed in the villa and everything was clean and absolutely beautiful. There was a private pool and a stunning view from the balcony.
The food was amazing as well, lots to choose from! 10/10 would recommend and will definitely be coming back.

This is a nature lovers dream hotel. It is nestled on the mountain side with thick green trees and gorgeous exotic flowers. A quick walk down a path of stairs leads to a quaint beach and beautiful lagoon. Amazing. Unfortunately I arrived 2 days before Hurricane Beryl. The Co-Owner Steve personally reached out to the guests to tell us the hotel was not safe during a Hurricane. Him being so hands on was definitely honorable. The concierge service found us a different hotel out of the mountains and the following day they shuttled us to a safer location.
The room I stayed in was one of the Cabin rooms and it was PERFECTION. The whole property from what I saw was literal THE BEST.
I will return soon!

The newly built Rumba rooms are amazing. Sleek design, spacious and truly gifting to the art of design. Spectacular views and courteous staff, made my birthday weekend a memorable one. Will be visiting again.

Gee Jam is an absolute Gem! One of my favorite places to stay in Jamaica. Amazing views, staff, rooms, vibes and energy. A really unique experience where a musical theme runs throughout the property. The rooms are named after Reggae icons. Such a great vibe had a really cool clientele. You can tell that the owners really care about the property.
