We were here for 2 days. Very clean, directions a bit bumpy but the location high up between mountains and trees. Excellent food, great wine and beer from our own production.

Lovely place where peace and relaxation are the masters. Weekend, between the swimming pool and walks, the beautiful landscape. The food is great, they produce sausages, ham, salami and pork from their own raised.

Meat cutters of low quantity compared to the price. Inefficient and bad service compared to the expectations created by the magnificent context in which the structure is inserted.
Lapalissian tax evasion: At the multiple requests for a tax receipt, this has never been issued.

Great stay, rooms kept very well, breakfast lunch and dinner with more choices and high quality foods. Friendly and helpful.

Great charcuterie but the grilling absurd, in quantity and quality (really overcooked meat that became dry looked like a slab) The non-existent sweets and the salty bill. Victor great host and really nice place but so the trip is not worth it.

Lovely place nestled in unspoiled nature. Very good food, made with cultivated products and animals raised by them. A cure-all to regenerate the soul. Victor, the owner, a very nice person. About 12 km later you can visit Assisi which is a wonderful postcard. I hope to be back soon.

Lovely hotel in the mountains for those who do not like fuss. Quiet, fresh air, spicy aromas of plants. An ideal place for solitude, reading and creativity. If you go by car, you can see the squirrel on the trees, vineyards, herds of sheep, which is a beautiful light Labrador. There is a lovely clean pool on site. All buildings of the hotel and restaurant complex are made in pastoral style. Rooms are cleaned every day. The rooms are spacious. The staff gets into the field of view only when there is a need for it. The food in the restaurant is natural. Everything is fresh. Prepared here. Met during dinner with two couples from Australia and England. Pleasant company, relaxed atmosphere and candles, which Viktor (Director of the complex) lit up for guests every evening. The plumbing is all new. Works unfailingly. But there is no such a barrel of honey, where there is no tar spoon… Strained flies in the restaurant. And still bad roads. Before that, I was sure that there were no bad roads in Italy. The way to the hotel is to ask the locals. And the navigator leads the wrong way.

Luca and I have just returned from three days of total relaxation… I would like to congratulate Francesca and Victor very much welcoming, kind and professional… lovely place, food, atmosphere… The essential is invisible to the eyes… simply thank you.

We stayed here two years ago for several days and LOVED it! We often dream of returning to this beautiful place. We loved our room. It was so charming. The food was amazing and the view was breathtaking. There is hiking and small towns nearby too for our entertainment. The staff was also kind to us. We plan to return next year.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone who enjoys top notch food and interesting wine. What a brilliant greeting we received and I wish we could have stayed longer.

I was at the tasting dinner organized Saturday 7 November last and what to say… Fantastic place I would say almost enchanted, immersed in the sacredness of the Subasio although just before arriving we were assaulted by a lifedog (a new kind of animal, a cross between a calf and a dog) fortunately we were in the car. That said… for food I could not find an appropriate adjective to describe its exquisiteness, like beers: truly extraordinary. The pairings of the dishes served with the various types of beer were very well-received and the staff who organized the event were very successful. A special acclaim to the master Brewer who managed to convey to us the peculiar, magical pleasure sensations I would say, when he told us about beer, the history of this drink and the various types.
