Great story, excellent restaurant, fantastic hotel in the centre of Perugia, in a building of the middle ages, 98 years of history, I started them in my life gastronomic.

Les chambres sont à l'ancienne avec des hauts plafonds, très jolies mais les matelas ne sont pas des plus confortables. Le personnel est très aimable et disponible. Buffet du petit déjeuner très bon.

The hotel is a bit dated but maintained very well. At a central location in Perugia, on the main course. If you want to leave the car and walk 2-3 days on foot visiting the city is the right place to stay. The restaurant is great, where I come back every time I visit the city, it is both elegant and informal. Good typical Umbrian dishes and menus that change regularly and following the beginnings of the season (starting with mushrooms and truffles…

Location situation in the center of the city, so we practice. The rooms all in all have their own style. Little care in the change of towels. Breakfast is not rich, but I offer or even gluten-free products. In addition, the TV service is inefficient, the channels are not visible.

Amazing lunch! The pile of almond cookies and the generous Vin Santo servings were a sight to behold. Not to mention the generous and delicious serving of black truffles on the eggs and pasta. Highly recommended. Cannot comment on the hotel.

Hotel in the center of Perugia that suffers a bit ' of the years but still remains a point of reference for those who want to reside in a quiet and comfortable area to visit the city. The staff is very courteous and helpful. The Convention with the "partisans" parking lot is convenient, guaranteeing a discount for car parking. Rooms clean and tastefully decorated, unfortunately the bathrooms (at least of my room) would need a revamp. Surely the fourth star goes to the position.

Very good, cosy, spotlessly clean. Decor old Style very pleasing. Good, varied and abbonante breakfast.

We were having lunch at this restaurant… The tasting menu was a bit poor but all in all satisfactory… At the time of the account has not been applied the discount reserved for members of the Touring club as it should be in the right of the type of menu chosen…

Disappointing Menu and not the height of the room and the price. Quality of the ingredients just enough as well as the dishes.

Great choice if you want a hotel in the center. The staff is very polite, not unnecessarily unkind. The restaurant offers quality dishes and the breakfast is great, for my taste I would only increase the choice of the "salty" part.

Family welcome, the hotel is very clean and decorated great for Christmas. Restaurant and fabulous organization from five-star kudos to mr. Franco and his staff.

The hotel is in the centre, comfortable and at the same time quiet location. The staff in the reception and in the restaurant are of extreme kindness and helpfulness. Also great breakfast. Too bad for the room and the bathroom that would deserve renovations.

I have been from the 8 December day at this hotel. Great location, great breakfast, the only flaw was the room. The bathroom with the water completely stained that with a bit of acid you could solve, otherwise, replace it. Cold water tap not working.

Great location in the center, I can't rate the rooms and the service as I didn't stay in the hotel but I was there for an organized event inside the hotel, however the staff are serious and helpful.

Excellent restaurant in a fine location! I thank the room manager Mr. Gianfranco and all his staff for the professionalism and courtesy with which they oversaw the lunch service of November 1 stint on the occasion of my son's communion: great food, attention to every detail, all simply Perfect.

The hotel is nice. The rooms are large, cozy, clean. The staff is attentive and helpful. One drawback: no parking.

We were there in early May, shoulder season, they gave us a great price for a beautiful room overlooking Piazza Italia.

Sono stato ospite per una notte durante una trasferta lavorativa. Personale non molto cordiale, struttura vecchia e stanze vetuste e poco curate. Unica cosa positiva la posizione centrale. La colazione con non troppa scelta.

Very comfortable and spacious rooms, right in the city centre along Corso Vannucci. Breakfast was good. Andrea very helpful in giving us directions to greet us and to discover the streets of Perugia. The city is beautiful and full of history. It feels like you are stepping back in time. Highly recommended!

Great hotel just a short walk from the Centre. Convenient for those who frequent the area the Court of Perugia.

First the positives, great sized room, huge ceilings and a large spacious room. The window and balcony were great, staff was nice to send us some ice for the room without a charge. The real negative we found was that the air conditioner did not cool and was terrible. After a day when the temperature was in the high 80s, we really could have used a better air conditioner than the rinky dinky unit on the wall. Checkout was a joke, maybe we are used to a better solution in the states, where they take our card and leave it on file to use when we leave, but we had to pay for the room on checkout, with a manual checkout with the people behind the desk at that time. Come on Europeans, get with it, make it easy, we have trains to catch and places to go, we should not have to perform a manual checkout. This is not a 4-star hotel, there have to be better options.

Ti chiamano dopo che hai saldato mesi prima (magari tramite Booking o Expedia) una camera non rimborsabile e ti dicono che annullano la prenotazione per rivenderla ad altri, a ridosso della data scelta.
È capitato a diverse persone. Serietà inesistente!

They call you after you've paid months before (perhaps through Expedia or Booking) a non refundable room to tell you that they cancel your reservation and sell it to others, close to the date of stay.
It has happened to several people. You can’t trust in them!

Hotel's restaurant has very good food, great service and wonderfull ambiance however it is a little bit pricy. Definitely worth of trying.

Great hotel very very comfortable. The rooms are all different. Is centrally located just a few metres from the most important monuments.
The staff is great and the restaurant is traditional cuisine with impeccable service.
To return because the price is very competitive.
