Nice property and full availability of all the staff. Great cooking. Quiet location with excellent view. Very nice the "double" outdoor pool, especially suitable for families with small children. Recommended!

Very large and spacious rooms, minimal furnishings but absolutely very comfortable. The cuisine is honoured to the Umbrian tradition with excursions between Marche and Tuscany. Nonostate is far from the sea cooking the "fish" impeccably. The staff is professionally prepared and attentive, friendly and especially very patient. Outside, (equipped) affects the care with which the lawn is kept. Congratulations also to the BAR with its freshly prepared cocktails.

Beautiful restaurant with a view over Gubbio. It has a swimming pool, lawns, and beautiful and large rooms for parties wedding etc.

I was here for my dear friend's wedding. The dinner was wonderful full of every well of God. I also stayed here. The room was very clean and the staff very friendly.

We did not stop to dine, so the review had nothing to do with the gastronomic experience, which was not there.
After 13 endless minutes of standing waiting, in fact, without any of the room staff reciprocated our greeting or asked us if it could be of help, and with the owner intent on consuming his lunch sitting in front of us, impassive, We turned our heels and left.

A Isolatissimo case.
Fortunately, Umbria is full of places where, besides eating well, good education is also at home.

The first time we came in 2009 with my son's swim team, then engagements kept us away from these wonderful places. We came back for a touch and run in 2015 and came back now in 2017. The beautiful places you stay in the heart and here the place is beautiful, the view and the courtesy go hand in-step.

It is a nice place with beautiful view over the mountain of Gubbio, there is the small pool with the deckchairs, in restaurant we ate 2 times. The first ones were not good, the second on purpose of wild boar brought me the pig, and then at the end in the account they put 1 bruschetta more. With the high price of the account. I recommend everyone to eat the restaurant at the corner as soon as you enta on course to the right at the corner. I can't remember the name! Eat the tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms and truffle n 1! Good price! They also make the menu to 15 and alone! Good holiday to all!

The place is located in a truly beautiful panoramic position also strategic to reach the center of Gubbio. Excellent service and the typical dishes offered at the restaurant. Great pool and staff always very helpful. Congratulations to John for his professionalism in curing every detail. We spent 5 days of absolute relaxation with my family, having 2 children of 9 and 4 years… Very recommended!

The farm is the best! The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff I've never found anywhere else. The view over Gubbio is fantastic, the food is great and the rooms were clean, tidy and offer all necessary facilities like Fridge, Wi-Fi and air conditioning. The restaurant is large and is very chic. A perfect farm.
