I stopped at the hotel restaurant x case and I had a very good time, a beautiful view, great dishes with good raw materials, nice staff and solicitous, prices in the norm. Recommended!

Lovely staff, amazing views, especially sunrise and Mount Etna. Breakfast was excellent and the property was beautiful.

We arrived at the Hotel to check in dripping wet from riding to San Gimignano in the rain. Nothing was too much trouble. They had a secure place to park our tandem. The room was lovely and clean and we had a great night’s sleep on the comfortable bed.

Two wonderful lunches! Great food, service and stunning views! Highly recommend!

The hotel is very conveniently located with stunning views and friendly helpful staff.

During a motorcycle ride we arrived in San Gimignano and luckily we found this hotel that is located within the walls… We had to stop for only one night and instead, when we entered, thanks to the excellent reception staff reception and after seeing the room we decided to stop the following night. The cute, cosy and clean room also had a beautiful view of the surrounding hills. The second evening we stopped at their restaurant … it was a great choice, the refined place with a huge window that gives a wonderful panorama and then everything yummy, a Florentine that melted in the mouth, a good selection of wines and both the chef and the staff very helpful and qualified. An experience we will never forget. If you happen there, you can't miss going there.

Only there for 1 night but a lovely experience. Room very pleasant and spacious although not exactly luxurious. Stunning view over the Tuscan hills and the location is superb in the middle of San Gimignano. However, no parking at the hotel so have to park in a public park. There's one very close that costs €20 per day or another further away for €6 per day.

The hotel's beautiful location is on a walk-in street in the historic centre and close to the car park. A gorgeous view from the room to the valley!

Excellent hotel. Greeted by such a friendly lady yesterday. Room large bright and very clean. We had a terrace with loungers and table and chairs we werent expecting. The countryside view is stunning. A beautiful medeival city with great restaurants. Highly recommend. Would return here.

What stands out is that the front desk staff are fantastic. Nothing is too much trouble for them. It's lovely having a little patio with a view over the rooftops and 2 levels below to the street. Breakfast is reasonably priced with a good variety of dishes and a beautiful view.

A very nice surprise for us and a very good memory.

Reception staff were greatly helpful and breakfast was very reasonable. More than that, a veiw from my room was breathtakingly beautiful. Id love to go back again!

The name of this Hotel means NICE STAY in English… and it really is … eating a breakfast with the view of the hillside is breathtaking. The rustic medieval town is a great place to walk and shop and go back in time. A must for your bucket list!

Located near the main entrance of the walls has a sober style and very friendly and helpful staff. Consider the three stars also offers more than what you expect. The prices in fact are a little high for the hotel itself but it should not be forgotten that if you want to stay inside the walls there are not many other options. The hotel restaurant is a fairly expensive average but apparently is one of the best in the city (we were told, we on effects did not use it). Our room on the first floor also had the terrace, shared with two other rooms, and on the terrace there were tables chairs umbrellas and sunbeds.
The only flaw that I sebto to have to report is the almost non-existent soundproofing of the rooms that unfortunately late in the evening and early morning can cause some boredom. From our room For example you could hear everything that happened in reception, not really the best if you are a light sleeper.

But in two days we spent 40 euro parking!
The Hotel is a little dated however very clean and well maintained.
A note of merit goes to the restaurant where we had dinner very well and with a great value for money…

Room number 11 was relatively spacious (with a walk-in closet), clean and best of all had spectacular views from the small balacony. The couple running the hotel were just wonderful and had good recommendations for dining. Highly recommended.

We had lunch there. Fantastic table with a view of the Tuscan countryside. The service and food were excellent.

Rooms are fine and good service but at the moment of payment they charge more for taxes.

Beautiful Hotel, right after the main entrance, the staff is helpfull. We had the chance of staying in a room with a shared terrasse on the countryside, it was a wonderful stay. We were able to experience a very quiet and restful night. Be careful, with a room on the street, it might be noisy with the hordes of tourists rushing in every morning but at least there will be no cars, since you are inside the city's pedestrian area.
