Stunning view of Siena and the Tuscan hillside. Homey, and just downright comfy. Spectacular food as well.

Great place to stay in Siena, just a short 5min drive away with amazing views of the city from your window and pool. Really nice hosts, family run business, but doesn’t offer other than breakfast so either go for the recommendations of the host for local good restaurants (and great price) or remember to stack up in any groceries in the city (there’s plenty of salumerias to buy Tuscan wine and local cured meat, cheese and fresh tomatoes)

Fabulous views of Siena from rooms and grounds. Nice accommodations and great hosts. So peaceful. We were here in July so having good air conditioning and a pool were greatly appreciated. Wi-Fi. Nice rooms. Loved the garden and fresh tomatoes and basil with breakfast. Really convenient location near Siena and close to Chianti region, Montepulciano and Montalcino. Would definitely return again.

Is very difficult to reach without a car, despite the proximity to Siena. Bus station 30 minutes away, even restaurants are not nearby on foot. The property is but TOP.

Very well maintained farm, with great views of the city of Siena. Staff nice and helpful. The interiors are quaint and welcoming, the exterior is wonderful, flowers and gardens kept great. Swimming pool equipped with loungers and umbrellas included in the price of the room. Top breakfast, with typical area products cooked on the spot by the owner.

Excellent solution for those who want to see Siena. International Environment and great care of the green spaces. Welcome and professionalism.

Beautiful and romantic place. All in detail, furnished with real taste. Refined farmhouse with a view, priceless, on Siena. On a hill in the middle of the olive trees, starting point for quiet walks (we met some wild deer…).
The owner is very kind and helpful to give advice and information.

Old restored farmhouse, with the manor house next to it. You can enjoy a wonderful view of Siena. Nice rooms, great breakfast, lovely the infinity pool with a view.

Great place close to Siena!

We rented Letizia's home, next door to Podere la Strega. The entire family, 11 people… the house provided us with ample room to enjoy the space… 7 bedrooms, 5 baths, sitting rooms on every floor, fully equipped kitchen, dining room. The grounds were spectacular, and the view of Siena's skyline was stunning. We were there 11 nights and would go back in a heartbeat! Beautiful property!

Breathtaking Italian country house in the outskirts of Siena. The house decoration is beautiful and all details are taken care of in every room: first quality soap, shampoo, hairdryer, clean towel and bed made every day. Breakfast is delicious and large with homemade cakes, jam, scrambled eggs in the moment, etc. Letizia and all the staff are very friendly, professional and helpful. Staying at Podere la Strega was a great decision. It was beautiful and a perfect base location to visit Tuscany: Pisa, Chianti and Valdorcia. I totally recommend it.

I love this place. This was my 2nd visit and I was not disappointed. Lovely rooms, good breakfast varied breakfast served outdoors in summer, beautiful pool with a great view over Siena. The owner is lovely.

Little out of town, but lovely spot to stay in, especial if you have a car. We loved the place, has a pool and amazing views.
