We stayed at the Principina hotel during the week of August 2018. My husband and I had a great time. Friendly staff, great breakfast and dinner, nice big and clean room. All in a context surrounded by greenery… Ok.

Highly professional structure. Beautiful location, surrounded by greenery a short walk from the sea, with all the comforts for those looking for relaxation and fun. A perfect combination of tradition and innovation! Truly a wonderful stay! TO TRY!

We had a great time! Large green spaces, great animation, cleanliness. The apartment is very functional and cool (we had air conditioning). The kids had a great time. The only handicap the mosquitoes in the evening to which we were not prepared but just organize.

I chose the hotel but there are both residences and villas and apartments in the park.
Beautiful place nestled in a very large area. Large and comfortable rooms. Cleaning. Great common areas Excellent cuisine, swimming pools, entertainment, sports activities. A few kilometres from the sea and from famous seaside resorts like Castiglione del Pescaia.
Suitable for families with children for a relaxing holiday but also for couples young and old. Great value for money. Friendly staff.

Unfortunately, the structure is unable to put its great potential on the ground. Two hotels, different residence solutions, 4 swimming pools, basketball and volleyball football pitches. In short, there would be no lack of ingredients to build an ideal holiday resort. Unfortunately the animation leaves a lot to be desired, the initiatives are very few and organized at best probably because the staff is reduced, some appointments in the course of the day is nothing more… There are no courses there are no structured initiatives there are no routes. For example, my 12-year-old football-loving son failed to integrate as two camps available… My son's fault? Maybe… For adults I would overtake on the various appointments, among which I would say lacquagim made in the small pool with water at the height of the thighs… As far as I'm concerned, not being passionate about animation, what disappointed me a lot was the catering, in the land of food par excellence only two restaurants in such a huge structure and both with proposals that I would define standards.
However the place is quiet and rests well so it was still a good opportunity to visit the beauties of the Costa maremmana…

Good points: lovely people working in hotel, lovely nature around Bad points: hygiene problems, balcony are not cleaned, room service dont clean regulary the floor in the room, some fleas in the rooms of my friends (i was bited too) obligation of wearing swiming hut in the swiming pool. Military airport is close to hotel and making lot of noise in the day (military planes landing) I find that the price of room is to high for how it looks.

Fattoria la Principina is a huge hotel with swimming pool, Gym, and noce romms. I suggest It for your visit Grosseto.

Immersed in the green countryside of grossetana halfway between Grosseto and the sea, the complex boasts immense spaces available for many activities. Pretty much an oasis of peace.

Food not excellent and buffet gaunt. Rooms very comfortable But the TV did not work and every 5 minutes the power was interrupted forcing us to often reinsert the key/card into the reader. Exceptional outdoor pool. Spa area to improve.

Excellent location and excellent hospitality. Breakfast was a bit poor (as a choice) but on the other hand the food at lunch and dinner was great.
Too bad the fruit was measured and limited.

In the heart of Maremma. In a literal sense: a residence well kept in very large spaces in the middle of the countryside grossetana. Without a car, for the sea I see it a bit harsh, only the walks or the pool remain, which unfortunately only opens to, late season. A busy spa.

Podere immersed in the green Maremma, with ample spaces immersed in nature. Nice and friendly staff Simple rooms, with minimalist décor, but functional and equipped with every comfort (not always working). Good overall rating, to go back for a romantic stay, ceremonies and professional mid-level meetings.
The structure is in the details and, unfortunately, in the cleanliness of the rooms not equal to the 4 stars. 5 Star Location, but managed as a 3 star hotel.

We used the conference room for a public event. Positive experience, ample local, well cared for, excellent at caustic. Unique Neo parking not lit at night.

Very comfortable 4 stars hotel. Fantastic location in the heart of the Tuscany Maremma. Breakfast not in line with the level of a 4 stars (it's minimal). But anyway 5 stars deserved!

Beautiful and huge place immersed in the green. Nice rooms and clean. Apart from the short wait, on my arrival, where there was no one at the reception, I must acknowledge that the staff are very friendly and helpful.

Great structure inserted in an almost immense farm environment. The hotel is large and well organized, with a very comfortable garage. Too bad that in the night we stayed, until the early hours of sunrise we had to endure the music to all the disco's beer. Breakfast.

Hotel surrounded by an endless expanse of agricultural fields owned by the estate itself. Very good staff The rooms maybe are a little dated. The kitchen is superb. Both at lunch and dinner we ate really well. The Ribollita Tuscany I still remember!

I was a guest of this wonderful structure for a two-day business convention. The organization was perfect even though we were in 350 and there was another meeting at the same time with a large group of participants. The staff went the extra mile to meet the needs of each and it wasn't an easy feat seeing how many we were. The quality of the food and beverages offered on the various occasions (aperitif, dinner, breakfast and lunch buffet) was of excellent standard. I appreciated that the dishes, all of Tuscan tradition, were of standard "agriturismo": that is, genuine, abundant and unrevisited or presented giving emphasis to the appearance. Instead of so much substance, as well as taste!
The rooms, many (in practice is a village), were all furnished in rustic style but cared. Too bad the weather was rainy so I could not appreciate the immense outdoor area and the surrounding countryside. In any way delighted to have been there!

I was here for a corporate event and guest for just one night. The structure is great, no doubt, although I must say that I think a star have lost it on the street. From the furniture a bit retro to the kitchen not really brilliant, this resort didn't leave me any particular sign. It will probably be appreciated for all the things that we could not try as for example the SPA.

I am writing to you at 2 o'clock at night on 25 09 2016 is not a family hotel. Loud music feels like an outdoor disco. Absolutely not recommended.

We stayed at this hotel twice during Easter and enjoyed it both times. The Hotel is well organised. The owners, very kind and friendly, made us feel at home. The staff always available to customers ' needs. The common areas are very spacious, as well as spacious and comfortable. We also had a great meal, special menus and abundant. We will definitely be back.

Wonderful place, in the countryside. Spacious and very clean rooms. Friendly staff, good breakfast, very large spa with indoor pool, Jacuzzi, sauna and gym. I would especially recommend to families, there are so many things to do, it's never boring. We'll be back.

A huge estate in Green's throw from a wonderful sea. We stayed at this hotel for a week: very comfortable rooms, great staff always friendly and helpful. Important note: super organized to accommodate small guests (I went with 2 kids 1 and 3 years and the solution turned out to be very handy). Will definitely be back.

Relaxing fun within reach of family, something very important pets are welcome, the only flaw is the military base nearby.

What about principina … now c I have been 4 times, and each time is better than the previous …
friendly staff, clean rooms, close to every beach … manic … fabulousness! I hope to return as soon as possible … even my mutt zoe wants to return to greet all of you!

Great if you have dogs. I had the room in the furnace and are better, I didn't give it 5 stars because of the lack of refreshments from the bar and some inconvenience with the reception, but I will definitely go back because best accommodation for my dog is impossible. Nice ambiance, but 3 star service.

A wonderful location just a short drive from Grosseto. Great service and thorough cleaning of the property, tastefully decorated, like a country house.

Location is great for the maremma que salsa, the food is very good and plentiful and discrete services.

Huge place and quiet, maybe a décor a little "past". Spacious rooms, great for family and Work.

Good location not far from the sea and with outdoor space. Suitable for families with children.
There is a wellness centre with a heated swimming pool that have free access even children. The mattress too soft for my taste. Kitchen average but not made me crazy.

A facility to visit and come back again.

Mega structure, suitable for families and events. The rooms were large but require greater maintenance (outer door broken, malfunctioning air conditioner).

Disaster on all fronts!
Greeted very badly and after it went even worse. The rooms at 15 pm are not ready. After the worst lunch canteen level (no offence to the canteens) give us the keys and finally surprise. The site is advertised in all superior rooms there is the > hot tub. Nothing further from the truth. A grungy shower with a curtain shower from 2 euro discount and pergiunta that is falling apart.
The room is clean but it's the only redeeming factor. Breakfast a complete disaster. With steel tanks containing coffee (slop absolutely undrinkable) milk. (that everything can be out that milk) and tea.
our room Besides not having the tub has a sofa bed (not asked) that we close us asking to replace the couch cushions that are not in the room. In the living room of 3 nights. Are never made!
the entire hotel as nice and impressive is in shambles. The rooms are falling apart. The commands of air conditioners have all the frets with mask completely consumed and do not understand what touch to adjust.
In the bathroom sink on a bar of SOAP which I think is there 20 years. As the steel tanks mod (I couldn't see them since the 1982 military service)
And say that their pride are their 4 stars. I would remove for at least 3

Absolutely a positive experience. Quality is top notch.

Recommended especially to families with small children. The complex is very big and "breathes", in every sense. The hotel is comfortable, the staff is very courteous. Will probably return to "test" the apartments.
