We did the spa route, very pleasant. The spa structure is beautiful and speaks of contemporary history linked to the 2nd world war, something that should be advertised more.

Competence, hygiene and lots of relaxation.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The room was clean, cozy, and very quiet, with a silent air conditioner — absolutely great.

The location is great, just a few minutes from the old town. There are also 2 supermarkets close to the hotel.

Dreamed place. Seems to be back in time 1000 years. Each corner full of history. Just amazing. Highly recomended. Cons. The final Street to arrive is too narrow so be careful. Wifi poor.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Art Hotel Museo in Prato, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish.

Room is spacious with comfortable bed, everything else is pretty basic. It's a pity they don't provide kettle nor cups.
