B & B La Stella is easy to find, located a couple of minutes from Pisa's main train station, within walking distance of the airport and all Pisa's attractions.
Check in is quick, easy and smooth. The communal kitchen is spotlessly clean and well equipped including a coffee machine — great coffee!
Rooms are immaculate, spacious and comfy. They are well equipped, as is the contemporary bathroom complete with nice toiletries.
Wow! A fridge and mini bar complete with complimentary treats including water and beer. A very nice and welcoming gesture.
La Stella is located in an urban neighbourhood, not the prettiest, but quiet at night as is La Stella providing other guests are considerate and quiet.
The best thing about La Stella is the excellent customer service. Great communication and unbelievably helpful staff / owners. Definitely above and beyond the norm and makes for a great experience. Top value for money.

3 minutes away from the train station, the staff was extremely nice and the room was perfect. And they have some cold free drinks waitting in your room when you arrive from your trip. Every hotel and B&B should do that!

3 star is fair. Close to the train station is good.
Area is fine. The room was good. The shower doors were a bit awkward closing into a corner. Unfortunately, the toilet drain had some backup when we arrived first.
The bed was fine. Quiet big. The blinds had this contraption that opened and closed shuttered on the outside of the glass. It felt a bit industrial. The place was quiet. You can hear people coming in and out, what they were saying, alarms going off and when they use the shower it's like they're using yours. The leaning tower is a 25 minute walk away.
