Nice accomodation for holiday with children. Very pleasant staff (except of one lifeguard which forbad us all games in the beach)
We stayed a week in august at the Residence Miramare. We were two families, 4 adults and 3 children (3 5 and 6 years) sharing one of the larger apartments at residence Miramare. More than enough room for all of us. Great cooking possibilities (even if we ate out most of the time) and a nice private terrace. Very clean and nice. Comfortable beds. Staff at reception very helpful and caring! As we didn´t go by car we were very happy to be able to borrow the bikes they have for their guests. Down by the beach we had 4 sunchairs at our disposal. Fairly good lunchrestaurant with lots of dishes to choose from and also a nice "piazza" were you can relax with a cold beer or an espresso with grappa… Very nice also that this isn´t such a "touristic" place. Our feeling was that the italians themself spend their weekends and holidays here, giving a very genuine, Italian feeling to the place. If you´re going to Pisa or Livorno or wherever you like, it´s very easy to take the bus just outside in the main street. To Alessandra and all the other staff; KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!
