Good location inside the walled city if you arrive from the train station and want to leave the luggage asap.

Very kind staff and always available to meet the needs of customers. Well-kept rooms and great breakfast. It's worth a stop in Lucca.

We really enjoyed it. The rooms were clean and quiet. The staff are nice and available. Fresh breakfast.
And the parking lot is handy.

Actually a small hotel in a great location. Nice room with good beds and everything you need. Fine breakfast at laid tables. Reception with friendly and competent staff.

Great place to stay… easy to find from the railway station… great for leaving early in the morning to see Lucca without the crowds… in the rain on this particular day… and still get back for the amazing breakfast… lovely rooms.

Located within the walls of Lucca, 2 steps from everything. Very nice and spacious rooms especially the suites x families on the top floor. Staff.

Greeted by Sonia who couldn't do more for us upon arrival. Comfy bed, lovely view of garden. Ample breakfast. Love the hot drinks machine. For a b&b this deserves 5 stars. If I had to pick up on anything the shower is rather grubby and the noise from the room above woke me at 5am but the rain helped me get back to sleep hehe! Hope to return again someday. Oh I must add… the parking isn't free its 10euro a day! Public parking is cheaper but not so convenient.

I stayed here for 2 nights unfortunately not for a leisure trip but for health reasons, but despite this I enjoyed the accommodation at the property. The b&b is located in the centre and has parking (at a cost of 10 euros per day). The location allows you to easily walk to both the monuments of the city, for those who make a pleasure trip, and the Clinic Barbantini for those like me who were there to assist a family member.
The property is very nice, very well maintained and the room was spotless as well as the common parts. I stayed in a spacious room, with simple but tasteful décor. The bathroom was spacious and with sanitary I think recently replacement.
The buffet was varied (composed of both sweet and salty foods) and plentiful.
Also noteworthy is the fact that you can enjoy free from 4to 18 of the breakfast room to have a tea or other hot drinks. A special note for the staff of the b&b two really sweet and friendly girls ready to help you as much as in their possibilities even with a simple smile.
I hope to return soon this property this time for a pleasure trip.

Staff. Gorgeous rooms, great breakfast. Arriving after 6 hours of travel and finding a welcome tribute in the room as a welcome was really super. Congratulations.

Very nice little B&B. Interesting building, the rooms have some character. Near to the duomo and part of the city walls and not too far from the train station. Good selection at breakfast. Staff very helpful and friendly.

Hotel B&B location, just away from the Center, but only 5 min walk.
Home nice and dedicated, although not very polyglot, but we get by without problem to connect.
A small inner courtyard offers a few free parking spaces.
The breakfast is very correct and complete.

Loved loved loved this place! The staff was very friendly and made us feel at home. Every morning we woke up to a fantastic breakfast with fresh baked goods. It felt like home. Just the relaxing experience that we were looking for. The place was clean and well taken care of.

This was one of the nicest B&B that we stayed in Italy. It was completely renovated, very modern furnishings, spacious rooms and very comfortable. We had a room overlooking the patio and garden. Registration was very efficient and the young lady explained everything to us. It is convenient to the historic sites, restaurants and shops. Paolo came over at breakfast and introduced himself. Exceptional service as Paolo even drove us to the train station. Highly recommend this bed and breakfast.

Il Seminario is the cleanest place I've ever been in — — the rooms, stairs, entry, kitchen area, everywhere was amazingly clean. Paulo speaks English well and is very helpful as are his staff and the breakfast was great — — the pastries come from around the corner at one of the most highly rated pasticeria in Lucca. Il Seminario is located down the block from a seminary in a quiet neighborhood — — about a block from the Lucca wall and only a short distance from the train station.
