Great hotel, clean, nice, and close to downtown. The breakfast good though can be improved by the little choice of what… but otherwise I recommend it to everyone.

Great customer service, friendly people and clean rooms. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone who stays in Florence.

Pity not being able to arrive with the car because ZTL zone and do not offer a stop to unload luggage, they had to warn me when I booked, find a parking in the area is impossible I parked at 1.5km from the hotel. However they started the common explaining the situation is we hope that I do not get the fine, having passed in Ztl to unload the luggage. Very nice room The floor was not spotless.

I do not recommend coming to the hotel with a car-rent car.
The Hotel offers for 50 euro per DAY a parking package to an agency.
We went with two cars.
We stayed at the hotel for two days.
After one month I received a notifications from the Rentcar agency and the fine shall exceed 50 euro — for irregulary stationary from front of hotel at 9.42 am.
The hotel is very close to the center. This is a positive point.
The taste and that there is no pissibilita for Parchegiare.
The hotel offers and notifies you about booking that you pay 50 euros for one night.
We did not see in real time what was written and so we paid 100 euros for two nights.
The car was taken by an agency with which the hotel has a contract of Parchegiare.

The surprise had been after a month receiving a notification from the rent that I parked badly in the morning in which we left.
It wasn't ciretto the agency!
The car we left to them and their ni brought it back.
In front of the hotel you can not stay! Not even 10 minutes!

We have been four days in this hotel and we have loved it. The room was very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. With electric kettle with a wide variety of infusions and soluble coffee… A delight when you come back to the room after all day without stopping by the city. The breakfast was very good. There is everything, fruit, sweets, salted and a comfortable juicer to make you the orange fruit you want at the moment. The cappuccinos that prepares the waitress, delicious! The staff were very friendly and helpful. When we arrived the first day they offered us a snack. All right, you feel at home. Oh, and very close to everything, he's walking everywhere. Close of the Church of Santa Croce, spectacular! No doubt again to the House of MORPHEUSL!

I am very pleased with my stay here. I got the room the last minute, Check in was easy, room was beautiful and clean. Bed so comfortable that I did not hear my alarm. A very quiet safe area but walking distance from the centre. A few good restaurants around. Breakfast was fresh and tasty!

Nice first meeting in the lobby, the rooms and hotel is fresh and good looking! Great AC and nice showers and bathroom. Only minus so far is that the Wi-Fi doesn't reach our room but it's okay in the lobby.

Great location, beautifully decorated, delicious and ample breakfast buffet with the friendly and helpful front staff. Also: Wi-Fi was strong and included. Walking distance to everything. Would definitely return and definitely recommend.

Excellent reception. Room and bathroom clean and without a trace of dust or dirt (and I'm a guy who looks a lot). At check-out sportina containing some food for the trip home. Recommended. Would come back for sure.

It was the first time I went to Florence and didn't know where to go to sleep then a friend of mine recommended me the House of Morpheus and was awesome! The staff who was at the reception was very kind she recommended places to eat (because the House of Morpheus there is breakfast only) this was the best holiday I have ever done I hope never lock.

Loved it! Just spent a few days right after Christmas and the hotel was great!
