Great welcome, Matteo the owner is super helpful for every need and advice! convenient to walk to the center and the sights of the city.

Now back from Florence, chosen "at random" we were pleasantly impressed by the place and the welcome received. Spacious rooms, caring welcome, Matteo an excellent manager who solves problems before they show up, SPOTLESS and pleasantly domestic and family. Typical and excellent products available and a lot of courtesy. Thank you Matteo.

Convenient place near the center and a step away from Mandela Forum and the Franchi Stadium. Nice and spacious rooms, staff always polite helpful and sympathetic, breakfast plentiful all for prices almost derisory compared to the quality and average prices of Florence. A must where stay at every visit of the city.

Beautifull location, room very big and comfortable and staff impeccable.

Very relaxing space at any time of day. Beds are comfortable and the rooms spacious. The staff are pleasant and remain so even if you enter the wrong kitchen for water lol We really enjoyed the terrace and garden for wine and down time at the end of our day, would stay again!

Very nice B&B. Loved the room. It was spotless
and the bed was awesome to sleep on. We even had a little garden off our room where we had our morning espresso. The owners/staff were all very friendly. They served a really nice breakfast as well. I just wished we could have had a longer stay. I really liked this place and highly recommend it.

This place is great! You have to do the breakfast. Fresh pastries, gourmet coffee machine! The people that run this place are super friendly and speak excellent English. If I was to say one thing negative it would be that you have to walk about 20+ minutes to the city center, however the rooms are large and they have a great courtyard to sit in. The Wi-Fi is also great and free! If you want a taxi it will run you about 15 euros to get to the city center. However the bus that goes to the city center will cost you less than 2 euros per person. In conclusion stay here and avoid the large crowds and noise. Walk a little and enjoy the walk!

We had an absolutely perfect stay in the Landucci B-B! No complaints: room decorated with lots of charm, quality bedding, delicious breakfast, a super nice garden to rest after a day of walking… And then the staff are really lovely, helpful and made efforts to speak in our language. It is easy to reach the centre of Florence on foot and if you are tired, a bus line is right next door. I highly recommend and thank you for everything!

The location was clean. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was very good. Had the chance to try some foods I never had before.

We stayed 4 nights at this wonderful B&B in Florence.
First, I want to insist on the quality of the home of Deborah, Corina and Matteo, filled hosts attention, great kindness, caring, available and especially who gave us lots of good advice and recommendation on the city they know perfectly.
For what is the room, we had a very nice room, very spacious, beautifully decorated and well appointed. Our bathroom was also very large and small soaps, shampoos, lotions and slippers there were waiting for us.
The breakfast was plentiful and really very good! Many choices, yoghurt, cakes, homemade (and delicious), cold cuts, cheese, bread, fruit and cereal.
Finally, this B&B is located in a 20-minute walk from the main sites / monuments to visit in Florence but also 2 minutes walk of a bus stop that you bring to the Center in a very short time.

There are very nice and well kept, very friendly and helpful. Clean and very convenient parking with the possibility of direct access to the rooms.

Perfect balance between service, quality and price. Certainly recommended and if I had to go over to Florence. Reuse.
