I loved our stay in this B&b. Clean rooms with modern décor; Great breakfast and spectacular views. Strategic location if we consider that it overlooks one of the most beautiful squares in Florence and the most prestigious shops. Experience to repeat as soon as possible.

A great b & b with clean, comfortable rooms and baths. Fresh breads in the morning and especially well located, easy walk to anywhere you're looking to go in Florence.

Our room had a comfortable double bed, with nice furniture and a very functional bathroom. Everything was very clean. The top feature of our room was the amazing view: the statue of Piazza della Trinita was almost knocking on our window! Breakfast was very nice, with croissants, bread, home made cake, juice, coffee, etc. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Things that, maybe, could be improved: having a vending machine would be nice, an extra dustbin in the room, and… An automatic door for the lift! It was really painful to use the stairs just because someone left the door open :) Amazing B&B. We'd come back!

Clean rooms, most of the tourist attractions are a 10 minute walk, breakfast is served late and the front desk closes early.

Wonderful location, great amenities, and a really good breakfast. This was a great place to explore Florence from.

Fantastic location. Spotlessly clean with very helpful staff.
Would have given 4.5 out of five if available, only less than five because the Wi-Fi was awful and shower at times literally stopped. Wifi in itself isn't an issue and feel possibly better had they simply not advertised it so as to manage expectations. … Shower? That appeared to dependant on who else in the B&B was using it, but wasn't out of commission for long (minutes). Overall though, this is a fantastic place in a fantastic location. Note — breakfast is served in a communal area at a large table. You can come and go as you please between 8.30-10.30 but if not happy to possibly pass time with or share space with strangers possibly not for you. All that aside. Would I stay again? Absolutely. Xxxxx.

We chose this B&B because of its proximity to the city center. What I didn't expect was how wonderful the accommodations are! It is extremely clean, well appointed and very safe! The staff is helpful and friendly. The breakfast was delicious with plenty to choose from. My only complaint was that if you arrive after 5pm there is no one on site to let you in. We waited an hour for someone to come and the only way I could communicate with the owner was by email (the cell number was in our room but that does one no good if you can't get in your room)! Luckily a guest was leaving and we were able to enter the door. Take my advice and read the emails prior to your stay thoroughly! I did not and so my arrival issue was partly my fault. Let them know your arrival time so someone is here to let you in without incident! I'd stay here again in a New York minute!

We loved staying here. The room we had was amazing and overlooked the square below. A perfect beginning to our voyage through Italy. Couldn't have been more pleased with the facilities which were spotlessly clean and met our needs. Staff was really really nice and made sure we enjoyed their place as well as Florence! Breakfast was basic but very good. Some sort of fresh baked food included every morning. Air conditioner was a bit loud but it worked when we needed it :)

From the hotel on foot you can visit all the historical center of Florence, very friendly staff, we were advised to eat and what to visit.

Excellent location and very good price, really elegant common parts (have to book directly at the hotel) which then allow me to turn a blind eye on doors and the size of the bathroom, remember that every room is different from each other. I recommend it.

If nothing goes wrong you may like this place or find it charming. I can see the place growing on you. I think the only reason it survives is because of its location which is premier shopping, dining, and close to everything including train and bus stations. Other than that in a tourist city the competition would likely, and hopefully, put an end to it. We had 2 rooms, a single and a double, and our stay was in late October. My room was cold, the windows are old and don't shut all the way, and there was no heat because they still use the ancient radiators and I was told it was "too early to turn them on". Add to that that they keep the doors to the roof deck, right by my room, open all day and all night so a cold room with hardwood floors, no rug, will never have a chance to warm up. The hot water is not hot, it's lukewarm, so after a shower in a cold room with no heat you will freeze. I had to use the hair dryer on my body to warm up. I showered at night and that day housekeeping decided not to give me fresh towels so the towels I used were still damp from the day before. When you are cold, tired, and not in your own home these little things really add up. The Wi-Fi is slow and cuts out every few seconds so watching a movie or even a short video is impossible. The bedding is old, the blankets had holes in them. There are hard boiled eggs at breakfast, overcooked, old eggs. Thankfully the fruit at breakfast was good.

Very well located. Very friendly staff. Hotel very suitable but does not deserve a 4 star French. As the majority of Italians hotels. Yet the price is very high.
