Great location, super courteous and nice staf! Very helpful, great service, if we come back we will already know where to go!

The hotel's location is great. The staff was helpful & polite, the breakfast was good, the AC worked great (must in July), the bed was comfortable, and the room size was adequate. The noise from the street was annoying at times. Several times we thought a window was open. One would think the windows would be insulated. Fortunately, except for Friday night, the street was quiet by midnight.

Great trendy hotel. Friendly friendly and romantic. Strategically located in the heart of tourist Florence.

This is THE hotel to stay at in Florence. This was my fourth Florence stay, and finally found the hotel where I'm going to keep staying at. Everything from the room, the services, the food, to the staff was terrific! Linnea (server at Breakfast) — was so sweet, attentive and friendly, that she made our stay better! Located on a nice — not loud — street in the city. The hotel is walking distance from the primary touristic areas, I mean is right in the city center. When I return to Florence, this is where I'm going to stay. They were great, felt hugely welcomed as soon as I got off the taxi and entered the building. Thanks, Milu Hotel!

Such a fun and cool place to sleep, eat or even just hang out on the top floor, streight in the heart of Florence. Oh. And the crew is lovely and kind so you feel right at home.

Excellent Hotel, in an excellent location, just a few minutes walk from the city center and Santa Maria Novella station. Rooms and interiors are very modern and cared for with many contemporary art works (also for sale). Breakfast buffet not abundant, but very quality and ' fresh '. I recommend it.

Price/quality is off the charts. Amazing breakfasts and location.

Very nice hotel in the middle of the street of the great signatures… inside the hotel, you will find art blankets of contemporary artists, of course for sale.

Located in middle of historical town center. Surrounded by luxury shops, musuems, and monuments. Because it is located inside of ZTL zone. I highly recommend visitors to get there by taxi or on foot. Although, the hotel staff will happily to assist you on arrange for car parking with additional cost. Breakfast bar is located on the top floor (5th) operating from 7-9, the coffee bar is free and open 24/7. The room I got is quite large and facing the shopping street. It is very nice to look down on Firenze street to people watch with a cup of coffee.

Fantastic central location. Boutique hotel, with a gallery feel due to interesting artworks on display. Lovely rooms, comfortable & spotless. Reception & breakfast staff friendly & informative. Complementary mini-bar & super continental style breakfast — fresh omlettes to order. Wonderful rooftop terrace — highly recommend!

What a little gem, perfectly positioned to maximise your time in the lovely city of Florence. The carefully thought out contemporary interior design sets the tone. The room was light and well sized with beautiful bathroom and furniture. Breakfast on the top floor terrace was a great place to start the day with lovely fresh produce. We like tea in the room and the only slight negative was we would have liked a kettle in the room but drinks are available 24 hrs a day on the top floor. We enjoyed our stay and would certainly recommend the Milu Hotel.

This was the BEST hotel to stay in Florence. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean and the rooms were fantastic, artistic, spacious and modern! The location was perfect on the main shopping street and steps away from all the major touristy spots in Florence. Will definetly stay here again and would highly recommend staying here!

A nice clean hotel. Centrally located. Very friendly and helpful staff. Lounge — breakfast room has its own charm,. One enjoys relaxing there.

This hotel was a treat. The trendy rooms were beautiful and clean. The staff gave us great dinner and gelato recommendations, and the rooftop terrace with a complimentary espresso machine was fantastic. Easily my favorite hotel I've stayed at in Italy.

Home sweet home! The staff is amazing, the place look like a good dream with a great taste and elegance, the location is so good! I would defenetly good back as soon as I'm in Florence again.

What a divine hotel! It is beautiful, well-appointed, the staff are impeccably professional, warm and friendly and speak better English than the English. The room I'm in (304) is spacious, very comfortable and quiet and has everything one needs, including a complimentary minibar. Slick, modern decor. Breakfast on the top floor with sun-drenched indoor and beautiful outdoor rooftop terrace is fantastic — full English or Continental to your heart's content and delicious. And then there's the artwork through the stairwell/stunning glass lift space. Spectacular. Can't recommend highly enough and will stay here again if/when I return to Firenze.

We spent three nights at the hotel in September, two adults and a one-year-old baby, and enjoyed them very much. The central location made it very easy to walk to the major locations in the city. The staff were very helpful and the hotel itself is beautifully decorated in a modern style with many pieces of art scattered along its halls. The room itself was very spacious, with free mini-bar and a large bathroom (which helped with the baby), and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was also great. The price was a bit on the high side but I feel we really got our money's worth. I would highly recommend this place for someone visiting Florence.

Very nice hotel in a historic building in Florentine shopping street! Lovely location in 2 minutes from Ponte Vecchio and Piazza della Signoria.
Is wonderful and helpful and available.
The rooms are located between 3 and 4 floor and although with 70 style (which, however, has its own charm in an old), are large and clean.
Buffet breakfast with good variety.
In short, I recommend it.

Great location, friendly staff, good breakfast (+ the lady who makes coffes and cappuccinos is definitely nice) ; hard to find a flaw. Probably the lack of wireless connection.
