Beautiful, historic hotel in a wonderful location. Our room had a king size bed and a large bathroom with awesome shower. Great breakfast and a nice happy hour in the bar area. But, by far the best part was the staff! Bravo! You won’t regret staying here.

We have been hosted for five days, and from the first moment, you have been very kind and nearby, is a luxury hotel family, the cleanliness is exquisite, both in-room and in public areas. The spa comes in handy late in the afternoon, when your legs can no longer take a step after seeing the museums. And advise the breakfast because it is very complete and even have cake vegan. The location is also very good because it is close to the Duomo, the Uffizzi, etc. I don't have anything bad to say the truth, I would return without hesitation!

Delightful hotel, how delightfully friendly are all the people who work there. Although not very large, nothing is missing and maybe this is just to make it very comfortable. The breakfast is very good and the food is excellent. Spacious rooms and, Concedetemelo, super clean! The building that houses the hotel is splendid. I highly recommend it.

Great 5* hotel in the historic centre of Florence, only a few minutes walk from everything (Duomo, Arno river, Piazza della Signoria). The staff is very kind and welcoming, more than happy to help you in case of need. The rooms are clean and provided with Wi-Fi, complimentary minibar, Handy (a portable smartphone with data and free calls) and bath products by Etro. The spa is cozy but big enough to be enjoyable. Had a great stay, would be more than happy to come back again!

Great location in Florence. Walking distance to everything within 15 minutes. Staff very friendly, room and bathroom finished nice. USB ports for phone chargers. Good breakfast and champagne is free with desserts for happy hour at 6:30 every night. Great hotel. I would recommend and stay there again if I have the chance.

I stayed at this Hotel in Florence downtown for a relaxing weekend with her girlfriends and I must say you didn't see anything nicer.
Convenient location, directly in Piazza Strozzi, wonderful room, perfect soundproofing, clean and equipped with every type of service, excellent bed, large and comfortable.
The Spa is really the icing on the cake, relaxing, with large hot tub, showers, sauna, Turkish bath and relaxation area, I treated myself to a fantastic relaxing massage in the spa area, really exceptional.
Excellent breakfast with a rich buffet that includes homemade cakes, croissants, fruits, a great selection of cheeses and cold cuts up to drinks like juice, juices, coffee and so on and so on and so forth.
In all this luxury it was a treat to see a young and friendly, I take this opportunity to thank John, mark and Milena for advice, thanks to them I turned the entire city in just two days running smoothly and saving time, I dined in the best restaurants.

A really lovely hotel in a great location close to the main sites. The room was quiet with comfortable beds and chairs and was kept very clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. On my mother's birthday they brought up a complimentary bottle of prosecco! I would happily stay there again.

Beautifully placed hotel, in a quiet street, right next to Palazzo Strozzi and close to the Republic Square. The Duomo of Florence is about 400m!
Excellent Service, very friendly staff.
The classic room is already well finished, with a marble shower room. The hotel is new (opening in May 2009, I think). No noise has disturbed us. Quality Breakfast
The right plan: visit until 1pm, lunch, go back to the hotel at the hottest time of the day to take a shower and enjoy the spa. Go back to 4pm until the evening meal. The Raffraichissante break in the middle of the afternoon is a treat, and you may have the spa just for you! (This was our case).
A drawback? Maybe the lack of views of the city from the rooms. But it is easy to forgive this absence because it is a treat to be in the heart of the city when leaving the hotel.
Florence is a treat to visit. Minimum 5 days, plus if you want to visit at your own pace.
Another good plan: Take the train to Santa Maria Novella train station (5-10 minutes walk from the hotel) to visit Siena or Pisa. A day in each of these cities is necessary. The train is very convenient to get to the center of Siena or Pisa, and a bus then takes you in 10 minutes in the tourist centre. Italian trains are punctual, comfortable and cheap.
