Great in every respect, welcome at the top, very nice property.

Veryyy beautiful, impeccable and welcoming.

Clean bedroom, okay breakfast, very good coffee. Front desk was empty when we arrived. But when we checked out, they kept our suitcases.

The Hotel was very clean. Friendly and helpful staff, only breakfast is up to 10.00 But at 9 30 already there was nothing. For the rest I recommend it! And will definitely go back.

L'hotel è una villa antica, molto bella ed elegante a due passi dal centro di Firenze, in una zona residenziale fuori dalla confusione. Non è la prima volta che vengo in questo hotel e ho trovato molte conferme positive. La stanza che mi è capitata (una singola) era pulitissima e ben tenuta. Il bagno perfetto. Il problema non risiede nella camera o nella struttura, né nel personale (gentilissimo e preparato) bensì nel fatto che nonostante un'afa da paura non è stato possibile fare funzionare l'aria condizionata (! ). Devo dire poi, riguardo al confort del sonno, che ho trovato il materasso — e relativo cuscino — davvero molto duro, quasi a livello del marmo. Ora, dei colleghi, ospiti di altre camere, mi hanno raccontato di materassi più soffici quindi magari sono stato sfortunato io, ma la mancanza di aria condizionata ha pesato molto sulla qualità del sonno. La colazione è essenziale ma completa, il caffè é Nespresso, che obiettivamente si fa bere con gran piacere rispetto a certi intrugli bevuti in altri hotel. Ci tornerei? Si, solo starò ben attento a farmi assegnare una camera diversa… e mi sincererò del funzionamento dell'aria condizionata!

Restaurant at side very nice but overpriced for the type of food served. Stayed I would say disappointed.

Beautiful hotel with gorgeous and clean rooms and bathroom. Friend staff too! Breakfast is nothing much.

Nice and modern hotel but we changed room after the first night due to room 101 being very noisy (near the hotel entrance) and very bright (no curtains in the room — what hotel does that! ). The staff was very helpful when we ask to change and the second room was much better.

It's okay. The only thing that didn't like that for breakfast is no vegetables and omelette or scrambled eggs ie something hot.

Good Breakfast, Cheap but not overlooked, very friendly Staff, Easy to park in the surrounding streets, The bed of the single room has a mattress with springs that you perceive a lot and the pillow too padded, personally I slept very badly, But I wouldn't mind returning, in another room type of course.

Nice hotel, comfortable bed, clean, good food close to transportation. Near supermarket. Freandly staff and helpfull spoke good english safe area. I would go back.

Superior double room is great, includes a king bed. Very clean and quiet despite proximity to the train tracks. Street is well lit and safe. Breakfast is mostly pastries and toast. The receptionist even made some reservations for us to visit attractions which was great. About a 20 minute walk from the center of the action, but makes for a great sleep.

Price is too high for the bid. Breakfast for Italian conditions I. O. German or Austrian claims is not enough.

The buildings and services are quite nice. Breakfast is a nice spread of baked goods. However, the quality of the room is not worth the price, especially for the area (very far from the city center). We needed to purchase public transit (atac) tickets to get around or borrow the hotel bikes. Unfortunately the room itself did not merit the price. There was moldy grout in the bathroom and mold on the walls/ceiling by the air conditioning vent. The bed wasn't concave, which is the best that I can say of the rock hard mass of springs we slept on. We were unsatisfied and asked to check out early but could not get out of our 4 night stay without forfeiting the money we paid for 4 nights. If the bed was bearable, we would have given this hotel a 3 or 4.

Very cute room with Juliet balcony, very clean, excellent washroom, breakfast included excellent quality, fresh fruits, cofeeee mmmmm, excellent service, reasonable rates, excellent dinner restaurant on premises.

Beautiful hotel outside of the city center, but still very walkable to all the sites. Very friendly staff and great rates. We were traveling by bicycle and they were very accommodating and allowed us to park our bicycles in the secure courtyard area. They were doing some minor renovations to the courtyard when we were there, but I bet it will be incredible when it's finished!

Excellent location, very good breakfast (machine coffee Nespresso). The hotel is old but cute and well maintained. Reception closes at 23hs care with the hours of check in.

The Hotel is situated within a twenty minute walk from piazza Duomo. Kindness and courtesy to greet us right away. I was recommended by a friend and I must say that every thing to him tell me true. A 3 star hotel very nice and clean, with a breakfast room provided by the library from which you can draw on to a healthy reading. Definitely met.

Fantastic beautiful clean little hotel. Had a wonderful 50birthday and holiday in Florence, thanks to having a great hotel and room, friendly caring staff, even booked a wonderful restaurant PERSUS for a Florentine steak. Awesome guys.
