Central structure to the city located in the walking street, a few hundred meters from the historic center and the most beautiful square in Italy, run by special people who have been working for a lifetime in this sector. Impossible to come to Piombino for several nights without spending at least one here!

The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are comfortable, although the air conditioning unit could have been more powerful. The breakfast is ok.

I and my family we had a great time. The owners are kind and helpful, the rooms clean and comfortable and the breakfast excellent. We hope to come back!

Troppo rumoroso e altre pecche Ci abbiamo passato una notte a inizio estate con la famiglia. La camera aveva un cattivo odore. Aperta la finestra sei sull’area pedonale. Fino all’ 1.30 non si e’ dormito per gli schiamazzi in strada. Sveglia prima delle 7 per la pulizia della strada, andata avanti fino a dopo le 8 Terribile Inoltre, non certo moderni l’arredamento e neanche la struttura. In camera il frigobar non funziona. La TV infilata, quasi nascosta in una nicchia in alto sopra l’ingresso. L’armadio non armadio e’ una sbarra con qualche gruccia sopra la mini scrivania Due letti discreti. Il terzo traballa — mio figlio non ci ha dormito Colazione discreta Peccato. Soldi spesi male e notte passata peggio! Non ci tornero’ di certo.

Small old room, bathroom shower accidentally found in the closet, no parking spaces, park area in the vicinity zero, breakfast embarrassing.

I have stayed many weekends in this hotel, both the wife and the husband (owners) welcome customers very professionally. The rooms are very well taken care of and various types to satisfy the needs of every single family/person that presents itself. Breakfast in addition to being well taken care of, is served on a closed terrace, with a pleasant view.

The position on the course of Piombino is fantastic. Even after a long day of work go down the street and go shopping and bar is' forget the fatigue. Staff helpful and courteous. Rooms are clean and modern. A pleasant discovery.

All very nice to try it and remain impressed by the staff very polite and helpful, the rooms modern and spotless and the breakfast buffet varied from the sweet and salty on the terrace, very luminous, facing on to piazza Gramsci and Italy.

We booked the hotel and arrived to find that parking was on the road, but this was OK as the hotel had an arrangement whereby some parking bays are reserved for them. You get a paper to place on the dashboard so the authorities know you are at the hotel. It was a bit of a hassle at first after driving 350 or so Kilometers to find no onsite parking, and had to drive around the block a couple of times. One good thing was, I noticed that when I accidentally activated the car alarm and went into the hotel, I leaned out of the window and saw the the staff were quick to go and see what was happening. This certainly put my mind at rest about leaving the car in the street. The room was excellent, very clean and tidy, with a safe and a refrigerator, and had very good air conditioning. Staff were very polite, and the receptionist had an excellent grasp of English. Breakfast was very good and you could eat as much as you wanted. Security was excellent. We enjoyed our stay. Would have been 5 stars if onsite parking.

The hotel is located in the city center! There is a supermarket near to the waterfront — file by hand. Good Breakfast. The owners don't understand English, but this is not a problem. The rooms mostly face the roadway, the night is noisy.

Good beds, nice people in reception though not experts in the english language. Breakfast is a sorry experience for those expecting the continental one. You will get an italian breakfast buffet, which will still release you from the yoke and agony of hunger.

The smile of the Lady Sandra, when you are welcomed in the morning with his brioscine (excellent) pastries freshly baked (what a delight), what better way to start a day of work? and then what about when the evening falls and you're greeted with a "good evening with a smile"! The ratio quality and price is not in question (don't tell, but I paid a little more), excellent as it is held, it is seen that there is a constant and careful maintenance and attention to detail, then the kindness of the managers. Thanks to mrs. Sandra I have also had the opportunity to appreciate Piombino, which I didn't know and was present only at the steel works or as a reference to the Elbe, and instead of a surprise! tantè that I decided that I'll spend part of my holiday in Piombino and am from Lady Sandra in his excellent "Modern Hotel"!
