LET'S HOPE IT DOESN'T RAIN
I am a customer from 7 years. And until recently delighted to be, what about camping staff not nice but great in all more bar, restaurant bazaar market pool but. Nothinh much choreography but. As the title of my review. Let's hope it doesn't rain or it will be pandemonium, a unique experience high water type in St Mark's square, except that instead of seeing the gondolas sail to navigate will be your assets.
On the evening of 13 August after a shower an hour I found myself with more than 6 cm of water on the porch. (above the ankles)
All the water of the street and neighbouring plots were rolling in mine, all I had to throw away a result new fridge floated.
There are more than 20 years camping and I am well aware that living outdoors has risks and inconveniences, but not wild camping, but within a structure where as a paying customer, I pay for a service, I expect in case of need or emergency there is the staff present or available in order to resolve customer disservice.
Instead nothing inside the camp was present only the watchman maintenance men none.
They say were present, sara ' but perhaps in a virtual way I know them all and I walked around the whole camp several times in search of even just one of them in the hope that they had at least one pump to suck up water. But nothing
Mine wasn't an isolated incident many campers were in my same condition, indeed anyone who was in the tent was worse off than me.
Wet and cold did not have a place to shelter indoors where indoors and I say if not indoors but outdoors.
There is everything for a comfortable stay to the customer but all seats surcharge tennis courts, soccer field, swimming pool, sun beds etc. But by the time you're supposed to put in real comfort the customer nothing moves and no one is there.
Sara ' maybe because the comfort you intend them creates profit and my in that context created a cost? mAh who knows. The fact is that by 11:30 that it stopped raining till 3:30 I have tried in vain to free the pitch from the water without their help.
The only help had been that of the land on the Morrow played albeit slowly his task I mean to reabsorb water.
Other times before I happened to find myself flooded and I never complained I was hoping perhaps like improvements over the years.
For years they blame the pipes of the municipality not receiving now at water bombs that right to information is a neologism created by journalists, there is no pointing in meteorology, are summer showers some of greatest magnitude that we all know that's all. Are not the pitches to be lower the street No. Who do not have the right slope nooo don't need to be engineers to know that water moves from a higher floor to a lower one and not the other way around.
Icing on the cake in the morning after I demand to speak to the Manager, my intention was simply to make it aware of the situation of my pitches, but he without letting me speak, he attacked me verbally, shouting and asked me to leave the camp if I didn't so.
What I wanted to tell him I had to do it via email.
If you want to go there is very nice but let's hope it doesn't rain.
I'm not going anymore anyway.
