Run away from this hotel! it is a scam. They refuse to reimburse us the money they owe us and no longer respond to emails.

The hotel stayed in the 60s despite trying to renovate it, the rooms still have tiled like the pools! the staff was not at all attentive to my disabled needs, when we booked we had asked for free parking, they told me that there were no problems, instead then there was no parking, only for a fee, but I as a disabled person should take advantage of free parking. However in general I did not return, I can only pay a compliment for breakfast, served in the garden. Otherwise complete disappointment!

We stopped a week and it was like being at home or better among friends. The attention that is placed towards the guest is difficult to reach at other hotels even purely family-run like this one.
The dishes coming out of are always as good as the breakfast cakes.
Good wines … but we're in Tuscany. Great tips of places to visit.
We will come back to enjoy a better weather as the week spent has proved to be quite infamous weather.

Very nice and friendly staff I have a 2 and a half year old girl and I can't move blindly. Mr. Maximum that is the owner is an exquisite person; The hotel is equipped in all, from the sitting room to the external games to a mini kitchen placed in the first place where you can heat the bottle and wash it. They have the spa but I couldn't use it so I wouldn't know.

As in family near the sea you are fine they are all nice and kind the real holidays are only here.

Good initial welcome, very bad the final surprise at the time of the bill: charged dinner (spaghetti with clams, salad, water, coffee) as a complete meal at 30 euros. 9 days pleasantly spent as at home! Familiar environment, now rare! Sincere cordiality! Super breakfasts (but where do you find the fruit already cut into pieces? ) Always different cuisine between meat and fish of your choice every day! You do not find anywhere a chef who personally informs and worries the tables! Value Added! Structure not new but just for this pleasant (continuously updated).
The only flaw is the inability to spread the beach towel or costume to dry! To the sea you can not help it! Outdoor garden always in the shade with rocking and pillows. The location is very close to the sea, the pine forest and the centre. Thanks to Massimo who as a friend of always worries to advise you for every single need. Hotel located in the green pine wood and quiet location. Great family-always ready to make you feel at ease in an environment far from formal. Also good food.

In decentralized position compared to the town center of "Cecina" but close to the pine forest and the playground "children land".
We stayed overnight in 4 adults and one toddler settled into two adjoining double rooms with shared bathroom. The lobby and common areas with 70 and 80 years furniture. Informal reception, nice well kept garden, with few parking spaces.
The room was bare, little one, with period furniture but clean. Not available in our accommodation, air conditioning nor the satellite TV. The bathroom was clean and tidy. Breakfast quite varied. Available full Board. We did not try the restaurant.
The clientele was mostly composed of families with children on vacation in "full Board".
In summary the hotel-guesthouse suits average family beach holiday without being pretentious.

The hotel is very plain on the outside and the rooms are very basic, but Massimo is such a gracious host, he makes this 2-star hotel feel like a 5-star. I stopped over here, planning to stay for one night. And Ieft five nights later. Have him make you Tiramisu and a cappucino, sit out on the patio, and just enjoy this little, non-descript Italian hotel.
