B&B La Magnolia Bed and Breakfast

Il B&B si trova a 20 minuti di auto da Viterbo. La camera è ampia, con angolo cottura e tavolinetto. Completa di riscaldamento e condizionatore. Sanitari e rubinetteria sono abbastanza datati (nella nostra stanza non era presente il bidet). La colazione consiste in merendine e succhi di frutta.

A welcoming structure, especially the owner, affable and kind. Beautiful pool. Recommended for those who need to rest and stay in peace. Great.

Il BB è situato in un luogo tranquillo. Dotato di piscina e ampio giardino. Non abbiamo potuto usufruire della colazione poiché non inclusa nella smart box.

We were guests of this b & b at the end of June through Emozione3, the structure is as essential as our bedroom, maybe give it a ristrutturatina the outside but right to the block, so to make it more accurate, the studios are basic, the bath small but clean as all the rest. The best thing is the swimming pool with garden and sun-loungers in the amount and umbrellas, really convenient and clean. The most important thing is that it is in a quiet area but just a step from the village, vicissima to Orte for the important junction of roads and highways from where you can reach important places in Umbria, Lazio and Tuscany, in the area you eat very well. As the location is also good, being close to the thermal baths and the park of bomarzo…, the room is somewhat bare, as the breakfast. Situation a little sad.

Nice place, rooms are minimal but comfortable, owner is super-friendly.

Nice living room with smartbox. Rooms renovated qb courteous staff and the highlight is the pool. Small but precious.

Very good bed and breakfast at the border between Lazio and Umbria, close to spectacular sites of historical and natural interest. A special mention to the owner Titian, always available; a person very yummy.
