Good morning I stayed with my partner and a couple of friends at this nice hotel the friendly staff the excellent food service as well as the cleanliness of the rooms the location overall very nice with overlooking pools and private beach pity that it was still cold and we could not take advantage of these services. Our rooms were sea view so in the morning the view was gorgeous. I recommend this location and hope to return very soon.

Excellent hotel, excellent quality of catering and services. The management and staff are all affable, courteous and helpful. The location is fantastic, it is surrounded by greenery and quiet. Maximum attention to all details. Fabulous pool. A hotel really to recommend to spend a pleasant holiday.

Beautiful hotel nestled in a well-kept green park, spacious and clean rooms. Excellent cuisine of very varied quality. Friendly and friendly hotel staff starting from the reception, to the cleaning ladies and the restaurant, where Giovanni and Norman together with Anku and Eros made us feel at home pampering us every day with their professionalism and their nice way of relating to our children for whom, thanks also to the Kitchen, they have complied with our requests and needs. Thanks to Mr. Roberto who competently directs this fantastic Hotel. We will definitely see each other next year.

Ottime e abbondanti colazione e cena; bella la zona piscina, unica pecca la spiaggia, tuttavia è molto facile spostarsi verso altre spiagge (sono anche convenzionati con una di queste).

Unique structure! ️
equipped with every comfort… What… among others, (and most appreciated by us), swimming pool and large hot tub with salt water, placed in a really manicured park, seafront pout, with a striking panorama on the "bay" of Portoferraio.
We had a really good time, from the reception staff, to the catering and cleaning staff; all really kind and attentive to the needs and requests of the guests; good double room accommodation, suitable for 2 people.
Breakfast is plentiful, served outdoors, lunch and dinner more than satisfactory and still up to the property; good bar service, present both inside the hotel and poolside, where you can also have lunch.
Only "neo", to put it mildly, the small beach … absolutely below the standard of the structure, that is, the stretch of coast where it faces, apparently because of the currents, it gets "dirty" of seaweed… (lots of seaweed) … and other waste. The hotel still provides and organizes various aquatic activities.
That said, and all in all, we will definitely return to the "Fabricia", also for its location from which it is easy to reach the other well-known resorts of the island.

We spent the week of August at this property with a little dog, outdoor spaces surrounded by greenery… Great for those who have animals. Simple rooms, cleanliness and great kitchen. Welcoming, smiling and helpful staff! evening of August by the pool very suggestive and appreciated… one less star for the beach, but we were already informed! … Thanks for everything. For our part only congratulations.

Beautiful place with pool and private beach. Eat great and employee kindness. Recommended. Avoid in any case the grizzled "sir" at the reception, a real cialtrone. You'd better go back to the hotel, and count to a hundred before firing sentences. For the rest everything is ok!

Giving a star is too much.
Hotels completely to be renovated, the old rooms are full of rust and the bathroom full of mold! Indecency!
Air conditioning not working although in the description is mentioned, only the lucky ones after great insistence received the fan because the stay completely unliveable.
The private beach also mentioned as accessible is actually a pile of waste and seaweed that is absolutely unusable.
Restaurant where all employees try to apologize instead of the manager for the various disservices, people who in order to be able to eat ask at least the fan.
Below-average dishes, simple dumplings finished at 8 pm creating the astonishment of the whole room, drinks including the water paid not mentioned at the time of booking.
Nightmare outdoor kitchen back kitchen.
No kind of entertainment except two hours of bar music in the after-dinner.
Lifeguards not always present in the pool, written hours of the bar completely different from reality as indeed the whole structure.
At 24, all the lights are turned off so you can't even stop and enjoy the large garden (positive note if it was practicable), closed doors and driveways with the torch of the phone.
The only thing that is saved is the pool is the Hydro massage, but even here the temperature is very hot due to the very poor recirculation.

Hotel nestled in the greenery a short distance from the sea. Small, stony beach stocked with umbrellas and sunbeds. Canoes and skates in free use. They also provide free bikes and Wi-Fi. The hotel is definitely dated but decent and clean. The staff of both reception and room and on the courteous and helpful floors. Especially James. The kitchen is great, plentiful and varies for every day of the week. Buffet of appetizers above average. Only downside is the very small room and located in the under roof on the second floor without an elevator (they should provide soon). Good cleaning with regular change of sheets and towels. All in all I recommend it.

We are back for the second time and we had confirmation of how welcoming the town of Fabricia. Park and swimming pool, the enchanting, the breathtaking view from the terrace on the beach. Strategic position for trips to the most beautiful beaches and resort: the Staff is professional and very friendly. Rooms and facilities well kept and very clean. Breakfasts and dinners are delicious. Excellent cocktails and bar service. We found ourselves very well. A special greeting to the staff, in particular to Ankuta, John and Sabatino. Thanks, the next!

Excellent hotel, staff prepared and attentive in all… very clean and well cared for, beautiful pool with sea water, small beach and obtained, but in a few minutes you can reach the beach of Lacona, in the countryside… one of the most beautiful of the'the island. Food good and varied… beautiful, well-kept park… Excellent quality-price ratio… in short, I highly recommend it and we definitely return!

The rooms are a little' noisy but overall good, even if the mattresses are not the top of comfort. Kitchen not bad, especially in the evening, with a great buffet of appetizers and vegetables. Pool, jacuzzi and the beach do not have them used.

Very pleasant stay. Staff prepare it and polite. Cozy environment with swimming pools, Green Park and direct access to the sea. It's worth the 4 *!

Hotel with well-kept and beautiful attached park, clean swimming pool with sun loungers and adjoining dressing room.
Excellent cuisine: breakfast buffet and varied dinner with choice and excellent seafood.
Very helpful and professional staff. Only negative for us were the rooms not very soundproof however always clean.
Excellent value for money, we are so pleased that we are counting on going back in September.

Let's start with the structure.
Hotel with old interior, rooms would need a makeover.
The beach is small, with few Ombreloni and deckchairs available until exhausted places. Since the island offers several bays, I recommend leaving the Hotel to look for better beaches.
Point in favor are the two outdoor pools, a small one with whirlpool and a larger one with a depth of up to 3 meters. There is a nice park to walk around and there are also two tennis courts available.
The kitchen is another point in favor of the hotel. It offers a rich buffet for lunch and dinner, followed by the possibility to choose from the first and second menu. The breakfast is full of choice. In this regard, I note that we are on an island and it is no wonder to find different single-portion products, as they allow a better selection of rubbish and a reduction in waste.
Location
The hotel has Wi-Fi, however, in high season it is difficult to keep the head of all the guests although it should be noted that it takes practically everywhere (in the smaller park and in the pool, as well as inside the structure). Also there is the possibility to take the bikes of the hotel on loan for free, keep in mind that there are not many, so in the morning after breakfast, you will have to be quick enough to accaparrarvene some. I recommend to always check the bike because a friend of mine happened to be with the rubber on the ground shortly after the exit from the gate.

We couldn't receive better service … great location for a quarter of an hour from Portoferraio, room comfortable and clean, manicured outdoor areas (especially the pool), refined and exquisite food, impeccable service! We will definitely be back, indeed I hope so!

Buon albergo 4 stelle dated and in need of a small technical and structural restyling. Beautiful rooms and pool 25 to 13. Access to the sea by a lovely porch overlooking the Gulf of Portoferraio. Outstanding restaurant and service impeccable professionalism from gran rest Parisienne! Friendly and helpful staff.

Hotel fabricia regarding catering and restaurant staff deserves a good five star hotel, the place intended as outdoor park a good four star hotel (only if it were valued more). As for the Interior of the structure one can speak of a three stars just reached (on three levels plus attic walk-up waiting rooms not treated with bad odre of locked up, toilets fatiscienti) rooms the disappointment, deserve an award from Inn first class, I mean a structure to be restored completely. The good pools but too laden with chlorine (or that for him). The sea? A total disappointment. A small beach dirty and poorly maintained. As for the family that needs relaxation and would like to use the mini club, this service will not work. I mean you are a coppiettina with need to relax, you are a couple without children running, they laugh and speak then that place for you but if YOU WANT GOOD FOOD and BE PAMPERED at the table IT is WORTH VISITING the HOTEL FABRICIA.
