Super nice service, blitzeblank clean and the food was a bit schnitzellastic, but delicious!
For breakfast there would be some tomatoes, cucumbers… still great!

The waitress was really unfriendly and the food was also not that good.

Rooms are clean and spacious. Furniture is old fashioned throughout the hotel. Service was a little under par, vibe was unwelcoming and at times a little unfriendly. At checkout we had an argument with the owner who tried to charge us for 15 euros of drinks that we did not have. After explaining several times he reluctantly removed the drinks (one by one) from the bill. Location of the hotel is sweet, it being in the midst of several nice places to visit. Edit: after rechecking the bill, we figured out we still got scammed for 10 euros worth of drinks. Owner messed with the numbers. Dishonest person.

Typical South Tyrolean hotel! Nice staff. Rooms: Size and. Equipment fits, it can get louder to the street. Menu is clear and slightly expensive compared to the usual gastronomy on site. The offered parking spaces for motorcycles (also a garage is offered) are not available. Breakfast: Unimaginative with a youth hostel character! Rooms at the back have a beautiful view of the mountains. Swimming pool, sunbathing lawn, whirlpool, billiards in the bar. Tesla charging station as well as parking behind the hotel and large public parking in front of the hotel.

Very nice hotel in the upper Val di Non. It offers quality rooms, good food and great facilities such as a beautiful garden, a Spa not bad, especially the pool, considering that it is a 3 ★, in the most perfect location and the owner, who was very helpful.

Very nice hotel Good food, adequate breakfast at all (even to those like me with serious food allergies), with a large variety of foods. The only downside, the pool water slightly fresh. The rest all right. Helpful and friendly staff.

As many others have written I must also note the rudeness especially of the owner, very unavailable to guests (especially if young).
Otherwise it is a normal three star hotel, quite modest with the essential services required.
The kitchen is at the limit of sufficiency as well as the products used.
Tip More on convenience than on quality.

We spent a family weekend, beautiful view from the room, very quiet and clean environment and we ate well, the staff very friendly and helpful.
Only sore note pool and the area adjacent to the spa was not exactly the ideal temperature.

Quiet place nothing striking but it eats well and the managers are courteous. Pretty neat and clean place.

Thank goodness for SatNav! (It was further than I expected! ) … the hotel was more than adequate for an overnight stop, the views from the bedroom window stunning in the following morning, … and the breakfast was excellent. The proprietor didn't have much English … but he sent for a younger person when we struggled!

Clean and friendly room New bathroom with nice shower cubicle. Buffet Breakfast with salted (ham, salami, cheese) and sweet (stuffed brioches, homemade cake, fresh bread, jams, honey, fresh yogurt), coffee both "German" and espresso, cappuccino, juices, etc. Dinner with homemade and genuine food. Portions not plentiful but on request offer the BIS. The hotel is equipped with a wellness area with indoor swimming pool and whirlpool (perhaps the water could be a little warmer), Turkish bath, Finnish sauna, relaxation room.

We were by the 24 October 25, 2015 with a group in this hotel. The welcome reception and the rooms clean. At the beginning we have meant it could be loud, next to the road. You heard almost no cars in the night. The location of the hotel fantastic. Food very good. How many write again and again it was missing the egg. Well you can do bad, for it has a suitable coffee machines, where you could get his coffee itself, like Cappuccino…
The chef was really helpful, and also its employees.

BAD in all respects! Friendliness and non-existent education by holders, water comes in cold rooms at any time and also the room is not heated properly! Cleanliness is non existent and I was put in the room a roll of toilet paper previously used by customers that DIRTY excrement! Spa, swimming pool and whirlpool water is cold! New year's Eve absolutely inappropriate to the occasion, even sparkling wine for the toast was paid apart from us customers! Breakfast is poor and with being poor. The buns are nonexistent, the only sweet this is a cake packaged present for several mornings. Inedible! If you are late to arrive or if you arrive after nine is all finished and you are likely to stay with hunger! OBSCENE.
