Really nice place and great staff. The rooms are spacious and very clean. Excellent food and wines. The breakfast has a wide choice. You can also request gluten-free meals that are really good. For any doubt or information, the staff is ready to help. You feel at home.

Hotel located in the beautiful setting of the Dolomites: from Moena you can reach many beautiful destinations for walks and mountain biking. The hotel is gorgeous, cared for in detail and run by competent and always friendly staff. Suitable for families with children, dogs are not allowed (the villa Ursula depandance admits them). Honorable mention to the kitchen, which serves impeccable and always different dishes. Much attention is paid to allergies, intolerances and personal tastes.

Beautiful property located at the top of the wonderful city of Moena. Large, welcoming rooms, attentive and efficient staff, dream spa, clean and continuously iogenicized. The restaurant is excellent, absolute attention is given to allergies and intolerances to meet the needs of each guest. Animation for the little ones and trekking guide for all the hotel's customers. In addition to all the bonuses, also the possibility to rent free electric bikes for a ride on the neighboring bike path (comes up to Canazei) and charging station for electric cars. The best.

This year we returned with our little girl less than a year old and we were assisted with great availability in all our new needs: vegetable broth to prepare the food, vegetable pastry (even for when we participated in the excursions), sunbed, seat, kids' club environments where children can be kept engaged and activities organized for them as well,.

It deserves 5 stars and even more. Everything is perfect, organization, friendliness, food, relaxation and many cuddles. Last night we had an animated evening at the bar with a nice fun game and the guest dances. The cleanliness is impeccable and the food plentiful and quality. To redo absolutely. The village is wonderful.

I returned to the Alps. As always I got a cordial and familiar, from the owners to the staff. A true four star: indeed, the kitchen worth 5!
