Great room service, very friendly, kind and nice waiters and bartenders. Gorgeous spa and high value cuisine. Massage service very nice and level. Super close to the cable car to the slopes and ski rental. Highly recommended!

Great facility and great food.

I stayed 12 days and had a great time. In three words I express the quality of the Medil hotel: hospitality, friendliness and kindness. An excellent staff with these values to which must be added the attention to cleanliness, the friendliness in the management of the wellness center, the detail of the kitchen and the room, the expert and engaging guide in proposing and accompanying on excursions. Thank you all for being able to spend a relaxing holiday in a magnificent environment, which I highly recommend! A special thanks goes to Davide, Stefano and Federica!

Lovely stay in the name of cleanliness and courtesy. Well-kept and welcoming wellness area and with highly trained staff for the well-being of the customer. In the services we also recommend the guide for external visits, as well as for a strong sympathy, also and above all for a knowledge of enchanting places to visit. Really great staff, from the Reception to the staff of the room. Highly recommended place. A special thanks goes to Stefano, Elena, Federica and Ivana who made us feel at home.

Ottima location al centro del paese a pochi metri dal Colrodella. Ottima la cucina ottima la pulizia dei locali, ottima l accoglienza. Consigliato.

Great hotel in the heart of the Dolomites. Nice clean room with terrace. Great and hearty breakfast and dinner. Facilities ok without surcharges: parking, swimming pool, spa, mountain bike. Director and staff very helpful. Perfect location near cable car for departure for trips directly from the hotel. Great family hotel.

Featuring a nice but not large pool to have fun with your kids after a nice hike, very nice food and kind staff.
I spent a good week with my family. I would return.

4-star hotel but with big gaps in the restaurant. Over 1 hour waiting for dinner. A libe-made soup and a mignon-sized turkey steak. Rooms with old furnishings. Courteous service.

No 4 stars worth but otherwise a decent hotel. The pool area was very nice.

Beautiful hotel near the lifts, ski storage although I have been there in the summer.
The staff were very nice and friendly. My compliments to the careful cleanliness of the rooms.
Typical and delicious food of Trentino, both at breakfast and at dinner varied buffet.
The staff organized morning trips for children and adults.
In the evening after dinner the hotel organizes the baby club where the children can vent, play and have fun.
It also has the swimming pool, the spa and the sauna The hotel deserves 5 stars.

Great food, professional and friendly service, swimming pool with whirlpool available to guests, ample parking, location of the hotel great, room a little small but well cared for.

Room good but very small. On the second floor, the roof is sloping. You have to be careful not to bump into your head. The spa area is very good. Respect! Swimming caps forced in the pool. We were in the holiday season for only one night in the Medil. The hotel seems to be very popular with families. Unfortunately, the pool was very overflowing and the atmosphere at the good evening buffet was characterised by very noisy large families. Of course, the hotel can do nothing.
Conclusion: 4 stars? Well! Food good, service on address good but little self-initiative (in the booking booth e. G. A Begrüßungscoctail, but did not exist, even about the €20 voucher for spa treatments advertised in the booking was not spoken further). The equipment has come a little into the years and WLAN works more poorly than right. Reception collapsed permanently, just a dash throughout the hotel. For that €133 for the DZ per night? Well! The food (HP) for €15 per person was very good and inexpensive. At the end words one for 2 rented bathrobes then still €20. That I found outrageous for a 4 star house!

I arrived from a few hours but the impression is great. Friendly and polite staff, clean and gracious room, relaxing and friendly pool.

The place is nice and clean. But the staff is awful! A waiter yelling at you in front of everyone because my husband and I sat down to have breakfast at a wrong table, I have never seen. Education Zero! I was amazed by how to behave with customers. Never again!

Beautiful period spent last summer, hotel run very well, suitable for Celiacs and not, staff very courteous and friendly and then what about the guides … Anatoli and Julius are a hoot … Loved it.

Hotel practically corresponds to the declared it characteristics. The only thing that greatly upset night is the presence on the Bulletin Board in Russian announcement that whatever you use a Spa or not, in any case required to pay at the check-out location at this hotel the Spa-centre 35 Eureka person! Not insanity? Well, that collective decision by the representative of VKO Faith caused by us immediately at the sight of this «Italian misunderstanding, the issue was removed from the agenda. So be careful, everything happens.
