The restaurant team around Maitre Marco is very commendable. Amazing what was made possible here shortly after reopening. You could see every day how the wonderful hotel wakes up from its slumber.

A fantastic location nestled in a well-maintained park! The strong point besides the structure is certainly the staff, especially the dining room! A very professional maitre, a chef able to enhance everything he creates with quality raw materials at zero km and exceptional waiters, nice and able to smile despite the mask! Congratulations to the manager, Mr. Carlo and our waiter Angelo by name and in fact! at a very early start.

Very nice, cozy and top-level place, I recommend it to regenerate the body and mind.

Beautiful location with Art Deco grandeur. However, we had an indoor room with a very noisy stand alone airco and no window to open. Very stuffy, humid and swimming pool damp atmosphere. Had a horrible night. What you see is definitely not what you get.

Mega maxi tera imperial hotel hotel from the entrance. You're lost. Rooms and salons statues and columns you can meet in the imagination Princess Sissi or her cousin. Aristocrat rooms with toeds conforming good bathrooms. A little grandma's bedhead. Affable and caring staff. Scrupulous Receptionists. Swimming pools are nice and comfortable. Good herbal spa services at will. Discreet restaurant good variety thirty good breakfast apart from sliver of splitting seed. But it happens. Mica can taste all the mixtures. Great garden. Convenient free garage. Near the center.

A moment of relaxing. Far away from all daily noise. A bit hidden in the mountains. But you have to know… big choice in breakfast. Dining is ok, but not special.

The valuable hotel located in a fantastic location such as the Habsburg park is not, in my opinion, able to handle some situations. The room we stayed in was cramped and without air conditioning. The bed in the morning made decidedly in a more than approximate way. We booked in bed and breakfast, ie overnight and breakfast. One evening we decided to dine at the hotel alerting the reception in the morning, so well in advance, despite this, in the evening just arrived at the restaurant, the maitre informed us that the dessert present in the menu of the day (tiramisu strawberries and chocolate) was not Available to everyone, so it was only served to customers booked in half board, while we were offered an unlikely half-cold to the fruit of passion. To finish in beauty the young waiter present in the room has not yet learned that the diners to be served first are those of the female sex.

The place is magnificent, nothing to say, even the staff are very friendly and prepared.
We booked one night at this historic Habsburg residence, converted into a hotel, for 139 euros (breakfast only) you have a historic palace a spa with hot tub and heated pool, plus all the Atri services (for a fee) of a spa. A few sins awaits the dated furniture and some non-functioning facilities of the pools that a 4-star hotel should not have, gives the idea of a structure a little abandoned in some places, but on the other hand it is so immense the location that I understand that it is almost impossible to stand behind everything, except with large investments.
We'll try again.

Finally a 4 star worthy! Positive experience, staff spa area very helpful as well as the cleaners. The only downside is the staff at the reception who have always been little smiling and sometimes abrupt, except for the young interns. The services offered are great. If you're looking for some relaxation, this hotel is definitely for you!

Beautiful hotel, but staff were terrible. We asked if our bed could be made into two singles instead of a double and the lady rudely told us she wouldn't do it and gave us the sheets to change the bed. Breakfast was okay and the pool/ spa area is only open till 8pm (not great when the sun doesn't set till 9:30pm and you planned to go for a swim after a long day of hiking) overall not worth the money at all. The all acted like they were too busy for you.

The hotel was the summer residence of the Habsburgs and was one of the most beautiful palaces in Europe in the early 1900s. The property, after being closed for a long time, was reopened in 2016 and almost completely renovated. The building is gorgeous, Belle Epoque style, the staff are really friendly and ready to meet the customer's demands with availability. The room (we had a comfortable double) was spacious, clean, with a beautiful terrace overlooking the Park in front of the hotel. The latter is part of the Circuit of Italian Gardens and is the largest park in the whole province of Trento, perfect place for a pleasant walk. The property has an indoor swimming pool, an outdoor swimming pool and a SPA (sauna, steam room, hot tub, all kinds of massageoptions and beauty treatments). In addition, there is an entire wing dedicated to spa care that can only be accessed after a medical examination. Levico's water is in fact very strong…
Upon arrival, guests are given both bathrobes, pool towels, slippers and a sea bag to hold the whole thing. Breakfast is great and plentiful. I also recommend a trip to the center of Levico, really characteristic.

Very nice and quiet Hotel, located within a large park with many secular trees. The indoor pool is well kept. Good breakfast, with a wide choice of dishes both sweet and savory.
The room was a little small but for a more than enough night. If there is an opportunity we will definitely be back.

The hotel is seen over the years. The staff is friendly. I can't say anything about the food, as I only booked with breakfast.

The experience in the Grand hotel imperial was amazing. My friend and I were in a winter vacation there, and the hotel was everything we needed. The interior, the room, the lobby, the halls, the dining room, the pool, and basically everything was clean, beautiful, well organize, and quiet. The staff were nice and helpful, and the service was great. Levico Terme is a nice, beautiful, and quite little city in the winter, and the hotel is just the cherry on top of it. I would definitely recommend to stay in this hotel.

Class hotel with beautiful spa landscape and large park!

We only took advantage of the spa, thanks to a good Groupon. I must say very nice, there is a small sauna, a small Turkish bath, several massage rooms, a relaxation room with herbal tea, a swimming pool and a hot tub with heated water. I was quite satisfied, too bad that it was very crowded, full of the usual rude who occupy the chairs with towels and then do not use them, preventing use to those who would. Only flaw the locker room without shower, which after being in the pool is welcome.

That's one of the best places I visited for the last year. Highly recommend.

Nice and clean. The spa was way too busy though on a rainy day there's not a chance for u to get a decent sauna.

Very nice hotel, still retains its charm of other times despite the recent renovation. On some furniture choices you could talk about it but it's still a matter of taste. The service is impeccable, from the reception to the waitresses to the housekeepers. All super helpful and attentive to the needs of the guests, and always with a smile. Food service improved but overall more than good. We stayed in the classic room and although it was the most ' low ' category, it was very well taken care of in the furnishings and cleanliness. The products they use in the spa but also available in the rooms (soap, shampoo, etc. ) are of the line confort Zone (Davines) therefore of excellent quality. The indoor pool was perfect for those travelling with children. We didn't have a way to visit the park around the hotel because it was snowing but it looked beautiful. Definitely will stay there again!

Hotel located near the center of Levico Terme, historic summer residential of Sissi. Extensive underground parking.
Clean room with mini fridge and safe. Small but with everything you need.
Excellent spa: In the room is also given bathrobe, towel and slippers so you can reach the spa without any problem. There are indoor swimming pool, whirlpool, sauna and Turkish bath. Also if you stay for a night asking at the front desk you can also stay by the pool on the day of departure beyond the check out time.

Historical structure and very beautiful, this is the only positive side. Reception were wrong twice on my reservation. Cooking good food, but nothing territorial. Service the waiters in "green" and the very friendly guys, the unfriendly and unorganized room heads, to dinner almost after 3/4 of now they notice that our order has mysteriously gone lost. Wellness Area for 82 rooms There is a Turkish bath of 2 meters for 2 a sauna with 3 steps to L of 2 meters for 3, relaxation room with only 4 sunbeds, time from 16 to 20, for which everything under sized. Swimming pool not bad but always crowded with only 21 sunbeds… I could never take advantage of it. So not recommended.

Wonderful and at the same time functional structure. Elegant and well organized. Located in the center of the city with an adjacent park where in the Christmas period is set up the typical market. Refined cuisine, thorough cleaning, comfort of all kinds and very helpful and professional staff. A whole floor dedicated to the spa. Recommended always, but in particular in the period between Christmas Eve and January 07.

The value of this Hotel… as well as the beauty that is imposed externally, is definitely the location! Located in the Habsburg Park and a stone's throw from the centre! The car is possible to park it both in the basement and in the external parking of the Hotel! Staff friendlier, especially the waiters and beauticians! Impeccable Mr. Claudio who served us in our four days of vacation and a greeting to the gracious beautician Sara! In This Hotel you cannot say that you are not ' pampered ', everyone is attentive to any customer requirement and this is a key thing!
The rooms are very clean and well cared for! The dishes are very sought after… maybe even too… cmq for those who are not accustomed to certain dishes, can always ask for an alternative… here also in this we have come to meet!
Levico is very nice, and it is worth to make a jump especially in the Christmas festivities!
It is a point of middle between Trento (beautiful city) and the Borgo Valsugana!
Do not miss Art saddle at 1000m height, a paradise where art and nature meet magically!

I visited the hotel gardens to visit the Christmas markets in Levico. The markets are not many, but still offer particularities of the country, offer in fact Vin Brulé, strauben, roast chestnuts is much more. There are of course also the usual wood carvings and other ornaments for the house.

Beautiful place and hotel it seems that the weather stopped cleaning impeccable. Well heated rooms. Very friendly and helpful staff at the reception. The breakfast nn is absolutely adequate to a hotel 4 stars low slow for capuccini and coffee and brioches that are missing from the table of the buffet 25 min before the closing of the time of breakfast and even after asking to bring still the waiter annoyed me Responded in Malomodo responded but NN have arrived. If the expected breakfast time is from 07:30 to 10:00, arriving at 9 and 35 I must be able to take advantage of a full breakfast and not made of remainders and leftovers of other customers. For which breakfast is asolely to be revised. The rest a fairy tale.

Place of other times. A dip in the pleasant past full of charm and history. The staff and the breakfast were very good. We stayed only one night but we promised to go back in the future. The park and the Christmas markets are wonderful.

As soon as you arrive you immediately grasp the enormity and luxuriousness of the place, with a large outdoor garden overlooking the park in front, swimming pool and fountain. For parking there are no problems, there are 2 underground parking more than the external ones. Inside the hotel contains a lot of details and features things that immerse you in a fairy and castellano environment. The rooms are equipped with a pair of copers, slippers and towels for the thermal pool; They are warm and equipped with any comfort, the only flaw is the lack of electrical outlets (you will find one in the bathroom and one for the TV). The pool is not great but warm and relaxing, with a small jacuzzi, with changing rooms, many bathrooms and herbal tea to drink whenever you want. There are also Turkish baths and saunas, but unfortunately they have quite a few hours (from 16 to 20). The attention to detail on anything really amazed me. Breakfast is very well stocked: You can create your own sandwich with various hams and cheeses, or delight in brioches or slices of cake, or have an English breakfast with eggs and bacon, all just done. Recommended.

The Head Director Roberto his the soul core of the restaurant he make our experience much better during dinner time. Grand hotel imperial can be for all occasions romantic getaway-or Just business trip they have enough space to put you where you need to be even large group like us.

Top services, young and friendly staff. The structure is slightly "dated" but it is also true that this gives an atmosphere of other times. Really great Hotel nestled in the wonderful Habsburg Park. The spa of thermal water nothing exceptional but complete of everything. I would recommend the property to stay overnight and try the spa (included in the price! ). In November very few people then all services to practically "exclusive" use. It must be very interesting even during Christmas (Christmas markets also make them inside the park). I will definitely return.

We booked a lunch x two with reassurances about the disabled access X. We performed exactly as indicated by the receptionist, but on our arrival the entry point was closed, no response to the doorbell… inconvenience then x the disabled… entered the lobby, no one greeted us… an employee didn't even know we wanted to. He sends us to the restaurant where no one welcomes us… at my request is called the room Manager… incredible x a 4 star! … then lunch, good food, but biblical waiting times! Pleasant environment… price from 4 stars… but from a 4 star environment you expect everything to be high…

It could be really nice, and it's certainly set in nice grounds, but as it stands it has some fundamental issues. Those being: 1) No air-conditioning make it unbearably hot in summer. 2) Certain areas (e. G. Indoor bar) aren't open, even in season. 3) Rooms are a bit small and dated. The pool is nice, though small. The location is good for the town. As I say, a lovely building with great potential, but as it stands I would stay elsewhere (by the lake).

Who wants to experience the flair of the k. U. K. Time is exactly right in this great hotel.

The underground car park is well lit and video monitors.
The breakfast Buffett (7, 30-10: 00) leaves nothing to be desired. Very friendly staff that speaks also German.
The rooms are clean. Flat screen is available with some German channels.
The 150000 m² Park surrounding the hotel is very well maintained.

We have spent our holidays for the 2nd time in the hotel, and are very happy with this. Everything was fine! Apart from some östereichigen guests with impossible manners and behavior. There is true always enough sunbeds at the pool, and also at the breakfast buffet always enough was present on all days. Staff except for one very friendly! Again, we will spend our next holiday at Hotel Imperial Levico!

Perhaps one of the most beautiful hotels in Trentino. High prices, but luxury is guaranteed.
