The place is fantastic and charming the hut and very nice. Very nice staff the food is great. I'll be back for sure.

We stayed here 1 night with our ski group. The female hut boss was extremely grumpy and approached us very inhospitable and unfriendly. Examples: orders at the bar were rejected without any apparent reason (well before closing time), she got angry when some of us had not completely eaten their appetizer and at the end of the evening the light was switched off abruptly while we were still playing a game. (For the sake of clarity: we were a quiet group that gave no cause for this behavior of her. ) Another staff member clearly felt uncomfortable and tried to help us where she could. We heard similar stories from others who previously stayed in this hut.

I love this place and the owners. They really know how to create the right atmosphere :both during the day and in the evening. They offer big rooms, dinner and breakfast for a very competitive price :it is not easy to find big rooms, amazing view and excellent food and wine in a rifugio. During the day you can choose between superb grilled meat, pizza or typical cuisine. I definitely recommend to spend the night there when turing the Sellaronda.

Excellent restaurant with charcoal oven pizza made on the spot. Views from the terrace on the Sella Massif and surroundings are magnificent. Years ago we stayed over for the night and slept upstairs during a 7-day ski-tour.
