The spa is great! The hot tub especially. The food is really good! I recommend the Hotel to everyone! then my parents' room is very beautiful and detached from mine. Symbol of a proper use of privacy and then in the lobby there is television and then there is also a sweet Indian blackbird and very nice named Giorgia. She's really nice!

Great hotel in great location. Comfortable Classic rooms with balcony. Great cuisine with a choice of different dishes. Very good breakfast also although I would add something in the salty. Staff helpful and friendly. The wellness section is also great with a nice indoor pool, hot tub and saunas and Turkish baths of various types. Huge garage indoors very comfortable. Absolutely to try.

Great hotel! Very comfortable being in the middle of the city and close to the lifts. Rooms in the style of the mountain and also very clean and kept in order. The restaurant is great, varied menu with ample choice. Not to mention the Wellness area, magical! I highly recommend it.

After so many years I came back here and it's always great, for skiing is not necessary to use the car because the cable car is very close, the spa is a fairytale including massages, back home relaxed and regenerated, the kitchen is above average and or not just.

The top in Canazei, 50 meters. From the Belvedere, rooms spacious and always clean several times a day.

Even though we were two years ago for a week and really enjoyed this year they had a mediocre hotel behavior. More than two months we were looking for a week to go but the mediocre policy of the hotel is to keep the rooms for the whole week declining the requests of three days for more than 1000 euros. Ungentlemanly… we had to wait for Thursday or even Friday to see if the accommodation was free for the week or they gave us the most expensive suite… shame. I thank a hotel very close to this which did not even ask for a deposit and tries to please the clientele who can only spend three days and not the whole week. I am very resentful and would like some clarification. Can hotels refuse to give a room free? That fall style.

Great spa for a some relaxing after frenzy skiing. Nice pool and several saunas and steam rooms.

Very nice and friendly staff The proximity to the lifts allows you to get there in a few minutes on foot. International environment and fine cuisine.

Nice hotel, amazing spa/pool area. Okey food (local menu) 4 dish dinners + sallad buffé. Great breakfast. Hard beds like very hard. Poor sound Insulation between room and hall way. I would recomend this hotel.

Absolutely best SPA and wellness in Canazei. Staff is really friendly and share their knowledge of wellness. I highly recommend it.

We stayed a week and I have to say that everything was perfect! My compliments to the girl animation of Children "Lucretia" was really helpful, funny and very patient with my little Peter… thanks to you all! We'il be back for sure!

Great place. Nice rooms and a fantastic spa and wellness. The restaurant serves top food, and the staff is very helpful, attentive and polite.
I can only recommend this place to all who want to feel like a king or a queen for the stay.

Many Wellness and relaxation services in one area. You are immediately greeted by skilled staff and once you enter the wellness area you will be enchanted by the reconstruction of a mountainous landscape made of rock and stones, there is the effect of the spring with its river and wheel of the mill, surrounded by Walls of a castle, and every welfare room seems as if you enter someone's house. Ecstatic!

Beautiful and welcoming Hotel, a pearl in the Dolomites! Nice staff and lovely wellness area. Large and well-heated room. I recommend absolutely both in the winter time, for the proximity to the slopes, both in summer for the large amount of routes and bike lanes.

Enjoyed the fixed menu. Excellent options with a healthy choice for each course. Restaurant is large with smaller room areas, and great service at a very reasonable price.

I have been to this hotel on the occasion of a meeting, I have to say that I had a great time, great reception, fairly spacious and spotless rooms, access to the wellness centre, covered parking and excellent food, highly recommended.

The suites are excellent, service very good, excellent cuisine. The only drawback the components of bathrooms in some cases. Wellness is nothing short of sublime.
