Nice and welcoming, even for families with small children. Swimming pool, sauna, a small fitness room: it deserves. Too bad only for the bar service present only at certain times.

Apartments a little retro, but absurd that in eight days they do not give spare sheets and wanting give them three euros per piece… Right to let him know. We won't be coming back!

I was only there one night with my family. I found everything in order and efficient. Plenty of towels, soft and large shower towels. Soap shampoo. Detergent for dishes and sponges. Very well-organized differentiated collection. Comfortable apartment, beds made. Swimming pool available to guests much appreciated by my children. Indoor games room (for a fee some things). Breakfast option. Everything perfect I recommend it and if I'll be in the area I'll definitely be back.

It's a bit dated in the furniture but responding in entirely to our needs. Efficient and friendly staff. Convenient and beautiful location. Recommended.

Beautiful apartment with stunning views of the surrounding mountains. The very nice reception girls. Unique note… I would put in each apartment a broom and shovel without having to share it with the other apartments of the floor. But otherwise super!

For those who do not go in search of the great luxury compromise price quality… advice.

Centrally located, with ample parking, the apartments are spacious, clean and equipped with everything. Unique Neo the sofa bed which is the main bed.

Dated furnishings but courteous staff. You pay everything as the sauna that surprise must be booked and is not included in the price. Too bad.

I stayed at the residence slabs with my family from the 13th to the 17th January, we will definitely xche ' we really enjoyed it.

I recommend this residence for many reasons: the comfort and cleanliness of the rooms, the proximity to the town center and the ski slopes and the value for money very advantageous!

Very close to the city center and the ski tracks.

Price was great, staff were super helpful, facilities including laundry, pool, games and parking along with proximity to the center make this a great place to stay. The only thing you should be aware of is that some of the rooms are dated but they're fully functional and equipped, when balancing this with the other points it's a non issue.

Good bu the Wi-Fi is not much available there but the swimming pool is nice.

The best in San Martino as a value for money and everything as described. Apartment in style, complete with everything. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Pity the spa area for a fee.

I recommend this hotel. Good price. Hotel is centrally located in the beautiful village of San Martino, with shops and restaurants at walking distance. Ski bus stop, clean and well equipped room, nice staff. Ski runs perfectly prepared.

The hotel is very clean and well appointed, with all the amenities you could want (swimming pool with sauna and Jacuzzi, well-stocked gym and a heated ski and boot storage). The rooms are spacious and equipped with everything you need to cook in complete autonomy.
The location is perfect because next to the Sports Centre and just a few hundred metres from the ski slopes (also very close to the ski school, perfect for beginners). The plants are then accessible on foot or using a convenient free shuttle that runs right in front of the Residence. I will certainly recommend!
