Beautiful property, modern and welcoming, in an optimal location to enjoy breathtaking views. Rooms and common parts, clean and in excellent state of maintenance.
Staff at the reception courteous and professional.
Not all the structure is maintained with the same care. The access area of the underground garages is poorly maintained and lowers the perception of care of the hotel itself.
Affordable overnight accommodation costs.

The restaurant is the real Achilles heel of this beautiful hotel. Poor portions, cheesy quality. Service overall really disappointing (I stayed 4 days and after the first dinner, I opted to dine out). Although I had pointed out to the waiter my disappointment, no one from the kitchen or the room manager felt the need to ask my opinion, let alone to remedy it. I received only a mocking smile from the waiter himself.
Breakfast is cheap. Subbrand products, you can't find an apple or a local product even by mistake.
Coffee to pick up self-service from an automatic machine that prepares really scarce products and personally Find it absolutely not acceptable in a 4-star hotel (at least one coffee produced by a serious machine I expected).

Ultimately, nice hotel in enviable location, but I won't be back a second time because of the restaurant and the poor care it reserves for the customer. Too bad because with a few more tricks and a decisive change of direction in the kitchen, the place could be worth 5 stars.
Discouraged.
