Very comfortable structure in panoramic position, quiet and comfortable in the village center.
The managers are very friendly and very hospitable and in general all the staff are very helpful.
Breakfast is plentiful and includes sweet and savory options. The dinner includes the possibility to choose among several options, cooked with care and good quality.
Wi-Fi throughout the facility with very strong signal. Free ski bus very close to the hotel. Unfortunately I was able to stay only for a short holiday but I have to go back in summer and winter.

Fantastic place wonderful lake View and also offers the possibility to dine… only microscopic flaw are the rooms a little small.

Great solution especially considering the value for money. Very friendly, friendly and helpful managers. Breakfast and dinner are plentiful and of good quality. The rooms are small but rewarded by a nice terrace that presents a lake view that is postcard. Ample parking.

I can't recommend it!
Assuming that we are not people of great pretensions I must say that the rooms are small even those defined as matrimonial, Wi-Fi not working, tiny bathroom, but especially owner decidedly arrogant. From a family run you expect a far superior welcome and kindness. Positive note for the room staff.
To finish in beauty… pay drinks 3 EUR per bottle of water!
We save only the splendid view over the lake.

Good quality/price ratio, comfortable beds, tv, room basic but very clean, shower small but ok for one person, bathroom, bidet, lacks a mini-bar that could be useful, but the cabinets do not lack to store things. The room has a fantastic view directly on the lake of Molveno and on the country (if you are lucky enough to get assigned one on the right side)

Quiet place. Staff prepared. The direction of the photos. Good food and plenty of.

Disappointed with the environment that I have found room for nothing equipped with every comfort, and even the bathroom… I was expecting a family ready to meet every need, but instead I found a new generation haughty and touchy and poorly prepared vis-à-vis their guests. Rude and cuisine that suits a star.

In centro in Hong Kong with small rooms but with all the amenities you need for a relaxing holiday.
The view from the terrace of the room is fantastic, with a sunny day you can see the Lake with its amazing colors.

Let me start by saying that I can't review on booking, com because we booked via email! I've been to this "hotel" with 4 friends for new year's Eve. I don't know how this structure can be called hotel as it is devoid of facilities making it such. Depending on the room there is always something going on: the first day there was no hot water; in the rooms or freezes or you will die and the hair dryer doesn't dry thus forcing a bring your own from home, also the towels were not changed in 3 nights. The limit of decency! on booking the hotel claims to have an internet connection but it is not adequate for a hotel, after 3 people who link already does not work anymore. Last thing are meals, bad breakfast. From the gas pump! dinner ok although between courses and the other expected literally 20 minutes … not enough staff, inappropriate and rude. I do not recommend for anything unless it is the only possibility. Just OK, but they could manage it much much better! PS. Only pro spectacular.
