Full breakfast and rooms clean but the courtesy was non existent and this caused the 2 stars (also the Wi-Fi there is neither in the room nor in the dining room. Nice instead the possibility of using the playing cards of the hotel.

Outdated structure. Good food. Nice room staff. On the contrary the manager is rude and touchy, he managed to argue with my wife and to quarrel with another customer in front desk at all. Great location at 400 meters from the chairlift.

Good cooking. Outdated environments and structure to maintain better. Small bathroom. Need more care.

I stayed at this hotel with my partner during the week of August, from 13 to 21, we took advantage of a convenient offer found on Groupon for a week in half board. The hotel is very nice, with the interiors and furnishings a little dated but comfortable. Breakfast was rich and buffet, dinner was home cooking, simple, good and never heavy. The hotel is in a great location from where you can reach the center of Serrada in a moment, and right from the road behind the hotel there are some paths for pleasant walks in the woods. Special mention to the staff, Mrs. Tina and Andrew, who were always disponibilissimi, kind and who made us feel at home. Only drawback: The Wi-Fi of the hotel only works in the entrance and in the living room, but it is not reason enough to give less than 5 stars. I hope to go back next year.

Relaxing week and made even more enjoyable by staying at this Hotel via Groupon. Helpful and qualified staff (Tina and Andrea are really good people) excellent and varied cuisine (choice between 3 first and 3 seconds, dessert and garnish), plenty of vegetables buffet for lunch and dinner, good breakfast! (Congratulations to the chef! ) The rooms simple but extremely and maniacally clean! In the bathroom clean towels, Phone, soap and glasses. The Internet connection is present in the common parts.
