Poor hotel, staff and management.
Suites and rooms for other guests worn, dirty, air conditioning not working, bad breakfast, beach not practicable and impossobile sleep.
strongly discouraged.

Wonderful location, equipped with high professionalism and courtesy.

Blocked rooms for a wedding. The guests were disappointed the rooms air conditioners not working properly the staff kept turning them off. Many of my quest were not happy. Old hotel not kept up to date.

It is very nice I like it very much then The waiters are kind and then the pool very nice and the fantastic sea you will find yourself very well is very recommended.

The place could also go, but the director unfortunately loses all the beauty of the place. I do not recommend it at all, the director has no seriousness or even a word.

Bad experience, the location acceptable but unfortunately it is managed by incompetent staff, in particular the director an unserious and unreliable person. Never rely on them for an event because at any moment they change their minds!

Structure with breathtaking views; helpful and welcoming. Well organized wellness center. Very good quality food.

During an organized trip, we discovered the Hotel Tonnara which is a true paradise made of unforgettable views, breathtaking views and good food. We have cost with immense pleasure that the staff is extremely friendly always available for every need. A very central place that allowed us to better discover the coast that goes from Palermo to Cefalù.

The Pizzera U Rais Restaurant is confirmed as a wonderful place. Delicious food served in an exclusive location by the sea. Excellent organization and friendliness of the staff. We returned with our eyes closed, after celebrating the baptism of my son, also for the communion of my daughter. A special thanks goes to the Director for organizing our event with attention and in detail. We will be back soon to continue enjoying your dishes.

But there are many things that are wrong… A total disappointment. Interior rooms with bad smell of sewerage. Great food but tasting portions. I was very bad that for personal reasons I left before the stay already paid in full expired and in advance I did not take advantage of the whole Sunday and breakfast on Monday there or despite they charged me the differences 22.50 for water and coffee this means only zero respect for the customer. I strongly advise against it.

Sunday, made communion of my daughter, all wonderful : location, food, service. Very satisfied.

Bad food and in minimal quantity. For 4 bottles of water from half a liter I paid 40 euros. With the full board to choose pizza they didn't give me the menu, because they were afraid I would choose the most expensive pizza. When I showed dissatisfaction, the staff blamed me. Other than the customer is always right. It sucks. We felt robbed. Never again.

Congratulations on everything, we had a great time, great structure and good food.

Simple place but well done, staff very helpful and ready to meet the customer's needs. We made full board, breakfast sinned a bit in quantity and variety, but impeccable lunch and dinner. Great property even for families with children.

Unforgettable day! First Communion of my son, I wanted to do a depths of compliments to the entire staff of the Hotel! Congratulations to the great Chefs, the waiters very polite and attentive, dishes of great quality and taste and place defined by my guests "dream"

Hotel site The result of an accurate restoration of an old Tonnara overlooking the sea. Therefore the attempt to enhance the territory, excellent the cordial approach of all the staff of the Tonnara: always ready to accommodate the needs of the customer; The spa is well maintained however lacking some typical elements to identify a spa path rather than a hammam route; The restaurant, for the package I chose, left me a little ' perplexed because the menu proposed did not foresee the appetizer in my opinion fundamental to prepare the palate to those that will be the main dishes. The breakfast takes place in a beautiful room that from the sea however the quality of the tarts and cakes presented did not excite me, appreciated was the opportunity to enjoy coffee and cappuccino prepared on the moment instead of being satisfied with those Pseudobevande produced by distributors who often meet at the hotel. The personal experience leads me to give a sufficient vote that acquires value considering the "youth" (open alone 2years) of the hotel Tonnara.

I was in this hotel just yesterday. As for me, it has nothing of an hotel 4stars. The staff is cordial, very polite. But the structure leaves a lot to be desired. The rooms open even with the key, the air conditioning too noisy and not very efficient, the knob to x the temperature was also broken. The bathroom 80's style. Also the Tv, a small, unknown brand and no service. The breakfast room is very nice, has a good view of the sea, shame about the breakfast was varied and no alternative to the traditional one. Well it could really do much more! Sin!

Excellent food, beautiful scenography, very kind staff. For the New Year's Eve they relied on a DJ and his staff who put a volume of music so high in such a small environment that they caused damage to my eardrums.

The structure is wonderful, an old Tonnara completely restructured not forgetting any small detail, original!
Majestic structure and rich in Sicilian history. Cured in every small detail, optimal position, overlooking a small beach of stones, where the water is very clear.
Outdoor swimming pool, a very nice bistro bar, a pizzeria, a restaurant with a panoramic terrace! Very spacious rooms, and essentially nicely decorated.   Now I explain why I gave 3 stars.
This structure, which I repeat to say to be fabulous that mirrors the ancient Sicilian traditions, and takes you back in time, is run by little skilled staff, "the fish stinks from the head" my family and I had the misfortune to confront the
Director, a very grumpy and full of a lady, who treated the staff to fish in the face, in turn the employees, very polite people, worked very superficiality, from the reception staff, to the waiters of room, to the girls of babysitting,
All very friendly people, who were in that place to earn the loaf, but without any professional motivation. ' If it doesn't change the management, this beautiful place will die and it's a real shame. Specifically, this has been our experience with the Lady Director: specifically on 24 December evening Offon 19 I went to the room restaurant to ask to put a child seat to our table, for my child two years.

Hotel located on the sea, certainly a structure that you appreciate more in the Summer. Large rooms but with need of maintenance, discreet cleaning, friendly staff, poor Breakfast. Negative notes, There is no parking, you have to leave the car on the road and the entrance of the hotel and street front also a bit dangerous.

Stay a couple of days in the winter so I can not evaluate the service the beach. The hotel is located directly on the sea, is clean and well kept. The staff were helpful and friendly. Restaurant and bar enough provided to meet various requests, including room service. Possibility of treatments and massages. Meeting rooms for corporate meetings or other. Large outdoor spaces treated. I do not give 5 stars because you do not have a true internal parking or guarded.

Structure of a good level. Definitely a lot more prepared to accommodate customers during the summer period. Strengths, the position on the sea front, the reception, the spa, the breakfast room is to the view that to offer, the restaurant. Weak points the rooms with the smell of pipes, beds with mattress and pillows very uncomfortable, the TV small and digital, without the main channels (for example, Mediaset).

Everything about the hotel common areas is nice. The rooms are not nice. They are small, dated, a little depressing and not as clean as I wanted. Towels are old and rough. Pillows small and lumpy. TV 12" and no English channels. Very little soap and shampoo. Bathroom not modern. Hotel has nice views, convenient to Palermo via train, helpful staff, good food and Wi-Fi.

Very nice hotel in prov. Overlooking the sea in a beautiful gulf full of colors and unique atmosphere… well connected to the city, the chance to go down to the beach clean and tidy, there is also the swimming pool and a nice place where they make exquisite pizza… we also stayed once in the spa… What to say… relaxation and friendliness!

The hotel is quite nice overall. However, if you are half board, you are in a cafeteria and not a restaurant, so no choice for the menus, not even a set on the table, the service is very long and all this in a hubbub to be unbearable. The staff is not always very nice, and you have to be very patient (waiting more than 3 hours to be able to change the room) as small detail which has its importance, c is a club Fram, so parties almost every night with music in the background and the worse for the customers who have paid for a room with sea view and can't sleep! If you want to rest this hotel is to flee.

We visited the restaurant. And the food was astounding!

The best risotto I have ever had. The host was very kind and spoke our language even though we were in Sicily. The ambience was very nice.

Food is good and nicely presented, with very interesting pasta dishes. Service is reasonably fast. Dining in the grass just next to the sea adds to the experience. Recommended.
