Nice and attentive owners, but above all a spectacular breakfast! A thing never
view… homemade cakes, freshly picked fruit and an amazing cannolo. Enormous! An authentic nice surprise! And then: if you can not eat everything, no problem: the lady has ready aluminum and bags to take away. Exceptional!

If a few days after returning I have the "sickness of Sicily" it is also because I miss this wonderful place immersed in the Salt Pans of Trapani and Paceco and cared for with love and passion by Michele and Maria. Breakfasts are a dream, everything is fresh, genuine, homemade, a joy for the palate and for the eyes. The location is convenient and strategic if you want to tour the province of Trapani, so rich in beauty, culture and history. Definitely will be back.

Really feeling at home here is possible. I chose this place that belonged to my childhood as a base of support for me and my guests on the occasion of my wedding and it is as if I were at home, with an aunt and an uncle super present, available, problem solvers. And what fantastic breakfasts, mamma mia! Freshly baked Genoese, homemade jams, fruit directly from the tree to the table, fresh ricotta, local products at zero km … Thank you for welcoming us as in a big family, you are in the heart ❤️

Original accommodation in the middle of the salt pans of Trapani, a unique and fascinating microcosm certainly to be preserved and enhanced.
Maria and Michele make guests feel at home, they are very friendly and helpful.
Last but not least, in the true sense of the words, the breakfast is amazing, all homemade with its own products

Never choice was more appropriate: thanks to the courtesy and helpfulness of Maria, Scarlett and Michael, we were able to taste a bit of the flavors of Sicily. Breakfasts are fabulous and a Km. 0, the room is comfortable and clean. What can you add more? Only one thing : to RETURN as SOON as possible LOCATION.

We were guests unfortunately only for 2 days Everything was perfect, breakfast superb, all done by the lady on the other side, together with the daughter and her husband. Quiet place surrounded by nature, We will be back certainly.

Great b&b with wonderful breakfasts (fresh cakes, fruit, bread cooked) out of the tourist chaos, but strategically placed to visit the salt flats area, a few kilometers from Trapani.

Beautiful place immersed in the panorama of the saline. Well connected with both Trapani and Marsala. Exquisite reception of Mr. Michael and his wife.
Really amazing breakfast: hearty, varied (both sweet and salty), with local products including homemade cakes and jams, typical pastries, fruit, cunzatu bread and ricotta. Rooms renovated and well furnished with air conditioning. We were really pleased, we will be back soon.

Bed and Breakfast with an excellent location to visit the on-go hot beds. We were greeted by Maria and Michele with great sympathy explaining the surroundings to visit! The rooms are large, cosy and very clean! Breakfast is the top worth alone the price paid; Today they served us: fresh ricotta with orange jam, hot Genoa, Nutella and lemon muffins, fruit, and bread with tomatoes and cheese well seasoned… all made by them and then fruit juice, milk, coffee… I highly recommend you stop by them if you are in those parts! Very exceptional welcome!

Sober and collected cottage, surrounded by saline. The welcome is more than warm and the strategic location for the visit to the territory: Museum of Salt, Trapani, Erice.

A truly charming, both for the professionalism of the staff that for the scenario in which it is set! Also very convenient for getting to the main tourist attractions ; the city of art, historic sites or nature, and beaches. And then what about the wonderful breakfast, and packed every morning from the very hands of the owner; genuine and generous, colorful and fragrant. Sin having spent so little time!

We who come from Belgium and have been to Casolare twice in the salt flats is a place that we recommend to everyone.
Michele and his wonderful family were very welcoming and of great gentlemanliness.
The colzione that we have served is very representative of the Sicilian culture.
The flavors of the morning we miss a lot.
I hope to return as soon as possible.

Fantastic accommodation in the salt pans. Quiet welcome good taste, really a place to come back to. And then the breakfast, a magnificent immersion in the flavors and colors of the Sicilian genuineness! Recommended.

We stayed for about 10 days. Very welcoming, very hospitable. Location very quiet and surrounded by nature. Rich breakfasts and availability of the managers. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, tastefully decorated. There is a garden area with tables and a laundry area. We were very happy with this holiday and hope to be able to repeat it soon.

Quiet place to spend relaxing moments in contact with nature… large and clean rooms. Nice owners and breakfast great and plentiful but especially with homemade sweets "really", with fresh products… cunzato Bread. Great for holidays and work… so I had to test it in both cases. The owners are fantastic people, they make the breakfast spectacular with desserts typical of the place, and with the fruit only of their garden (you do not have to have lunch :)
Located opposite to the salt pans and the museum of the salt marshes, a strategic position to go to Marsala or Trapani, sicily/San Vito lo Capo. Highly recommended!

Everything is perfect, but above all you are welcomed into a family atmosphere. Delicious breakfast with fresh produce.

Excellent b&b; the location is excellent x shifts. A 10 minutes drive from the airport, from the port of Trapani and surrounded by the tranquility of the salt. Rooms very clean, comfortable, with air conditioning even if there is a nice breeze if you keep the windows open. Breakfast at the lady, and the daughter prepare cakes and sweets fantastic every day different not to mention the fresh ricotta served with jams prepared with the fruits of their vegetable garden cultivated with passion, bread cunzato every morning, and fresh fruit including the famous mulberry trees in sicily. My wife has celiac disease and have done to make them find the same products that are also gluten-free including the sicilian cannoli delicious! Thanks for really making the guests feel like at home and even more! Aldo and Sara.

Great location to visit the salt pans, but for us it was a good base to go to Selinunte, Mazara, Marsala, Mozia. Very Rossella, with tips on the area. There are also bicycles to reach the salt pans. The room is very clean and spacious, the breakfast was really special, with homemade pastries and homemade cakes. Kindness super for the whole family. We hope to return, r thanks again.
